chapter 5

    I woke from a alarm going off at 6:00. I got up looked around the room and rubbed my eyes. I turned off the alarm got up and went to the bathroom.
   I got dressed and did my makeup like usual and brush my hair and teeth.
  I walk out and went to my bed room to get my bag and jack jacket. I walk down the stairs and in to the kitchen. Everyone was sitting down at the table. Elvis look up at my way. He looked at me then the jacket. 
  He stood up walk pass me. I turned around to see him walk up the stairs. I turned back around to see everyone look at me.
  "Did something happen?" I ask as I went to my chair.
  "Oh he will be fine just sit down and eat."
Gladys said as she gave me a plate with eggs, bacon and pancake.
  "Thank you." I said giving her a warm smile.
She gave one back. I look up to hear someone coming down the stairs. I saw Elvis holding a bag with a smile on his face.
  "Here take this." He said hold out with the bag.
  "Oh thank you?" I open it to find a Jacket with my name on the back of it. On the selves it says TCB. It was black and had white straps on the side.
  "Now you have your OWN jacket." He gave me a smile.
  "Thank you I appreciate it." I said giving a small smile.
  "Eat your food when you get done I'll take you to school." Elvis said as he went to his chair.
  "Yes sir." I said looking at my food.
I got done eating and went to go Wash my plate.
  "Oh honey I got it." As a old woman walk over and grab my plate.
"I'm Mary I cook for the Presley's and clean."
She said as she walk to the sink.
  "Oh it's nice to meet you Mary." I said with a  warm smile.
  "It's nice to meet you to y/n."
I look at her with a confused look. "You know my name?"
  "Oh yes Elvis told me about you." I was about to say something but Elvis walk in.
"Ah Mary how are you doing today?" Elvis said as he got his car keys.
  "I'm doing wonderful thank you for asking."
"I see you met y/n."
  "Yes sir."
  "Well we need to get going honey." Elvis said as he looks at me.
  "Yes sir." I turned around to thank Mary again. But instead she gave me a hug. I felt warm inside. She was a very nice lady.
  "Have fun at school sweetheart."
She said to me letting me go as she gave me a warm smile. I shook my head yes and gave her one back.
I grabbed my bag and went out of the door with Elvis.
  Instead of going to the purple Cadillac. We went to the pink one instead. I sat down in the car as Elvis got In. He started the car and went up to the gate.
  "Here put these on." Elvis said as he reached for the glovebox and pull out  glasses. I put them on and covered my face.
  As we went through the gate. Fan was screaming and yelling out his name.
  We drive pass them as Elvis went down the road.
  "Your good now." I look up and took off the glasses. I just sat there looking out the window. I wanted to ask him why he keeps kissing my hand and cheeks. I look over at him as his eyes were on the road.
  "Why do you keep kissing my hand and cheeks?" I said looking back at the window.
  He didn't say anything but "why don't you Ware your jacket today." I look over at him.
"Oh uh-"
"I want you to Ware that jacket when you go to school." He said with a serious tone.
  "Why?" He look at me and said "because I want everyone to know you belong to me." I didn't know what to say. My cheek got red.
  He gave me a smile and looked back at the road.
   We didn't say anything else as we sat there until we got to the school. He stop the car and I grabbed my bag.
  "Thank you" I said as I was opening the door.
  "Y/n there going to be a party when you get home and go through the back gate so people won't see you. And when you get home dressed up nice."
  "Yes sir"
  "Actually here take this." He gave me money.
"What this for?"
"Go to the mall when you get done with school I'm going to bring someone to pick you up and buy a nice dress for the party."
  "Oh thank you."
"Your welcome I'll see you after."
"Yes sir." I was about to get out but Elvis grabbed my hand and gave it a kiss.
I look at him with a confused look. I got out of the car and started to walk. He turned on the car and unrolled his window.
  "Have fun honey." He said giving me a smile and rolling up the window as he went down the road.
 
    I walk in the classroom we're everyone was sitting in there sit. I walk over to Ashley and dyamond.
  "Hey guys"
  "Hey" Ashley said as she was digging in her bag.
  "So where your lover boy at?" Dyamond said as she gave me a wink. I look over where he sits at.
  "We are not lovers and I don't know" I said turning back to the front. The day went by fast. As I was walking out of the building. I saw a really nice car. I walk down the steps and saw everyone looking at the car. I saw someone walk out and walked over to me.
  "Hello y/n are you ready to go." I look at him with a confused look. Oh that's right I was going shopping for the party.
  I look at him and smiled. "Yes sir." I walk to the car and got in. I look out the window to see everyone talking and looking at the car as we drove off.
   "Here we are ma'am if you need anything call this." He gave me a card that has a number on it.
  "Thank you" I said as I was getting out of the car.
   I walk inside and look around. I head over to were these beautiful dresses are. They were hanging up as I walk in the store.
  I look over to were some was hanging by the wall. I look through them and find this beautiful dark green dress.
   I picked it up off of the rack and walk into the dressing room. It fit me like a glove. My dark brown long wavy hair and my hazel eyes pop out more in the dark green dress.
  I got out of the dress and went to go pay.
I call the driver as I was outside.
  He pull up and I open the door and got in. We made it to Graceland. I look out of the window to see so many cars and a lot of fan out by the gate.
  We went through the back gate. I got out and went up to my room. I didn't see anyone when I got in there.
  I got in the dress and walk to the bathroom and did my hair and makeup again. I put on these dark green heel's and rings.
  I started to hear people down stairs. Right when I finish getting ready. I hard more and more people down stairs.
  I walk out of my room and walked down stairs. I hear a group of men laughing. I look over to see Elvis and the Mafia boys laughing. There were a lot of people walking around in graceland.
  "Y/n is that you?" I look over to see Jack dress up.
  "Jack?" I walk up to him.
"Hey you do know this is Elvis Presley house." Jack said giving a small laugh.
"Yes I do." Giving a small laugh back.
"So why are you here?" I said giving a confused look on my face.
"Oh my dad is here to talk to Elvis about work."
  "Why are you here?"
I was about to say something but I felt a arm go around my waist as I look up to see Elvis by me.
  "You most be bill son?" Elvis saying giving him a look.
  "Yes sir I'm please to meet you." Jack said giving a small smile.
  "Oh Jack y/n friend?"
  "Yes sir" Jack said as he look at me.
"Well I think she has something that is yours." Elvis said with a serious tone.
"Right honey" elvis said as he look down at me.
  "Oh yes that's right I'll be right back."
Elvis let's go of me as I walk up the stairs and into my bed room. Why was Elvis being like this. I was so lost in my mind that I forgot what I was getting out of my room.
  I look over on the bed and remember to get Jack jacket. I went out of the room and down the stairs. I look up and saw Elvis and Jack talking. I walk up right by Elvis.
He look at me then the jacket.
  "Here you go and thank you I really appreciate it." I said giving Jack a small smile as I gave him his jacket.
  "Your welcome" Jack said as he grabs the jacket.
  Elvis grabbed my waist again.
  "Enjoy the party." Elvis said as he lends me over to a group of people.
  "Y/n I want you to meet some people." Elvis said as he greets me to people.  The rest of the night went by like a flash. All I did was meet new people.
  A lot of people left by now. I haven't seen Jack sense I gave him his jacket back. I went outside to get some fresh air. It's was pretty cold but I didn't care. It felt good on my hot skin. I sat there on the porch looking up at the moon.
  The front door open. I look over to see Elvis walking over to me.
  "Are you ok honey?" He said with a concern look on his face.
  I look up at him with a smile. "Thank you"
"Thank you?" He says as he sits right by me.
"For everything that you are doing for us I really appreciated it we all do actually." I said  staring at the ground.
  I look over to see Elvis looking at me. He gave me a smile.
  "Your welcome." He said as he turned and look at the stars.
  "It's beautiful". I said look up with him.
  "It sure is" he said as he turned to look at me.
   "Y/n I'm going to say something and I want to listen to what I'm about to say ok?"
  I look at him with a concern look.
  "Ok" I said setting up straight.
"You know that question you ask about why I keep kissing your hand and cheeks?"
  "Ya?"
  "Well it's because your different from the other girls. When you came and live here you didn't go through rooms you only went to your room. Which I really appreciate it and you didn't freak out when you saw me you didn't run up and try to kiss me. You was shook but you didn't try to make out with me. And your personality is amazing your love for God just makes me happy and the way you care for everyone makes me melt away."
I look at him with my mouth out.
"W-what I'm trying to s-say is I really like you y/n and I was wondering if you want to be my g-girlfriend?" He said as he grabs my hands.
