It was 3 in the morning and I couldn't sleep. I had a dream that my parents had gotten in a car accident otw back from the hotel. When I woke up I was hyperventilating.
I was hot, so I went in the bathroom and splashed water on my face then I used it. After I got out the bathroom I walked out my room into the dark hallway using my phone as a flashlight.
As I was making my way downstairs I heard someone down there. When I reached the end I seen dd looking in the fridge.
"Dd?" I said. He jumped and turned around. "Shit remi you scared the hell out of me"he grabbed his chest. "Sorry but what are you doing" I laughed quietly. "I was thirsty" he said pulling out juice.
"What you doing up?"he asked while pouring his juice into a cup. "I had a bad dream and couldn't sleep, so I came to get water"I said getting a bottle of water out the fridge.
"Oh you good?"He asked." yeah I should be fine"I said. We both walked up the stairs quietly. He went to his room and I went to mine. I closed the door and layed back down in my bed trying to go back to sleep.
A few minutes
I could not go, so I decided to text dd.

Dd you still up?

Not even seconds later he rushes in. "What's wrong niya"he said closing the door. "I can't sleep"I rubbed my face. "You want me to lay with you"he smiled.
"Duh nigga"I said. "Watch yo mouth " he said while getting in the bed beside me. I layed my head on his chest just for comfort. "Thank you dd" I said while closing my eyes. "Anytime ma"he said rubbing my back.
This felt good my feelings for dd were back but I don't know how to tell him, he probably doesn't even like me like that he probably only sees me as his mom's best friend daughter that was the joke of the block who changed one summer...

I woke up hearing voices and gasping. "Aw look at them" Mrs. Hill said. I was confused until I forgot I fell asleep with Remi. "I got a lot of pictures" my mom smiled.
"Ma it's not what it looks like"I said rubbing my eyes. Then I see notti coming in then covering his mouth with his hand. He smiled and looked at me like he was about to do something. He took one step back towards the door, then ran out of the door yelling "Tevinn".
I got up mad fast. I'm not tryna get my ass beat by her dad, I ran after notti then tackled him. "Bro get off me" he yelled. "Don't be a snitch nigga"I said. "It was joke I wasn't but I got a question"he said. "What bro"I said still being tired.
"Y'all fucking?" he asked. "No and even if we was that ain't your business" I said walking back upstairs. "Nigga shut the fuck up tryna act all grown and shit, ya name is David"Ethan yelled.
"Suck my dick Ethan" I yelled back. I walked back into the room with my mom and Mrs. Hill. They were talking to niya who was now up staring at them confused.
"Why are y'all staring at me as soon as I wake up" she asked. My mom goes and closes the door. "I have a question for y'all" my mom says.
