The Land of Gullveig

Hazel's POV

A part of me says that I shouldn't have put him in a deep sleep like death, but he broke my rules. As daughter of Valentina,or as people call her "The Spawn of Satan," I shall be Queen of the Land of Gullveig forever since I stop aging when I turn 18 which is in 1 month. I didn't know what I was so I am categorized as an unknown. As soon I stepped through the town gates that identify who and what we are. We are high on our sercurity for the people of this land.

The Queen of Gullveig is Luna, she is a light-hearted person who enjoys the quiet, but would be up for hanging out with the ones that she love. She's shy, and is the type of Queen people would find either at night or in the early morning treading her fingers through the dew dropped grass. She is not afriad to start a war, but if she does, she will be sure to kill every last troop because no one can find out about us.

"Xanthe, I am glad you're back. I missed you." my partner Dominic told me giving me a hug.

Dominic Vyacheslav is a Russian werewolf-vampire hybrid, he is known as the Samurai of the Forsaken. 17000 years old and he's turning 18000 on the same day as me. He is like a big brother to me. Many people are scared of him because of the rumors about him killing people and feeding off their souls, but that's not true.

"I missed you too so much Speedy." I told Dominic hugging him back.

"Wanna race back to the academy?" he asked me.

"Ok but no cheating!" I told him because he loves to use his vampire speed against me to win.

I beat him all the way back to the academy. "How can you run in those high heels and still beat me!"He said laughing.

"Well, I am a different species and the only one as far as I know of!" I said.

"I'm gonna go home, bye." I told Dominic.

"Well I'll walk-" I cut him off," No."

"Why?", he asked me. I gettin really fustrated with him now.

"BECAUSE I SAID NO!" I screamed at him. I ran away crying, and a storm started, it rained all over me. I just wanted a normal life.

I'm tired of being abnormal, I want to be able to be with my mother once again. I want things to be just like old times, like when my mother used sing lullabies to me. Right when I thought about old times a flash of memories came:

"My Queen are you sure we picked the right two babies?" I heard a voice ask.

"Do not question me! I did not go all the way to Russia to get Dominic Kazimir Boyra and Irinushka Xanthe Hazel Eliani Sonclair! Dominic was born human and Irinushka was born an Nephilim, but I need to turn them into something better!" I heard the Queen scream.

Dominic and I woke up then started to wail, loudly. The windows in the room shattered to pieces.

"SING THEM THEM LULLABY YOU STUPID IMP!" Queen Luna screamed over the wailing.
