Two Lies And A Truth

Merry Christmas?

"Jisoo?" Lisa called out for her best friend. They were both lying down hugging each other. Anyone who'd see them and who don't know them would think they're couple.

Jisoo hummed in response waiting for Lisa to talk again. She runs her fingers through Lisa's long blonde locks.

"Merry Christmas. I love you."

Jisoo smiled, hiding away her pink tinted cheeks away from the latter who's hugging her so tight. "I love you too Lisa, and Merry Christmas."

Jisoo kissed the top of Lisa's head and continued watching the movie they were watching. They decided to spend the rest of Christmas wkth watching Netflix and lying together, cuddled up with each other.

Morning came, Lisa and Jisoo were still asleep when Lisa's phone continued to ring which woke her up. She slowly took off Jisoo's hands off her waist. She takes a few seconds admiring her best friend's face.

How could you be this beautiful..

Lisa shrugs her thoughts away and picks up her phone only to receive a loud piercing yell from the other line.

"I swear Lisa if you don't get yourself here at home in 5 minutes, I will ban you from going at Jisoo's house!"

Lisa sighs and yawns after before telling her mom she's coming. She takes another last glance at her best friend amd kisses her in the cheeks but Jisoo moved and kissed her lips instead which made Lisa pull out covering her lips.

Her face felt so hot that she ran to the bathroom and dtared at her tomato faced face and washed it with cold water.

After that, she didn't return back to Jisoo and went down to the living room and saw Jisoo's mom preparing breakfast.

"Goodmorning honey, is Jisoo awake yet?"

"G-good morning aunty, she's still asleep. I'm sorry if I won't be joining breakfast, I have to get home in.." she checks her phone for the time, "in 2 minutes! See you, tell Jisoo I'll drop by at lunch."

Lisa left the house immediately and ran to her house which is just across Jisoo's. There she met her father who's holding a newspaper on his face, a cup of coffee on his side.

"Hey sweetie, how's your night with Jisoo?" Her dad asks.

"It was fun dad, it's always gonna be fun as long as it Jisoo." Lisa replied smiling until she remembered the accident kiss. She touches her lips and suddenly felt so hot again.

"Do you have fever honey? You looked red." Her dad asks putting his newspaper down and standing up to check Lisa's temperature. "Hmm, you're not that hot. Is something wrong?"

"H-huh? What? Nothing dad.. haha.. I'll go help mom! Bye!" Lisa escaped her dad and went to the kitchen where she saw her mom with the maids preparing breakfast.

"Morning mom," she kisses her mom's cheeks before putting on an apron and helping out with the works.

The whole morning, her mom scolded her for spending the holiday with Jisoo instead of her family whom she meets only a few times a year but either way she they know Lisa would never hesitate to choose Jisoo to anyone.

That's how they love each other so much.

"Goodmorning Seoul." Jennie takes off her sunglasses and roams her eyes around the busy airport. She sees a lot of people and looks for the face she's anticipating for.

"Jennie! Here!" She sees someone waving their hands at her. She immediately recognizes it as Seulgi, her friend.

"Hey, thanks for coming. Sorry if I bothered your vacation." Jennie apologized walking beside Seulgi.

"It's okay Jen, it's been years, 10 years I think, since I saw you. I'd always make time for you, we're friends." Seulgi replied.

"Where's the others?" Jennie asked noticing some of her friends aren't here.

"They wanted to come, trust me, but girlfriend and family duties or they couldn't because they were stuck with their parents." They both chuckle and entered a car. Seulgi puts Jennie's luggage at the back and Jennie enters the passenger seat while Seulgi went for the driver's seat.

"Where are you planning to go for vacation?" Seulgi asks as she starts the car. "Do you want to stay with me at the condo for a while until you find a place?"

"Where's my sister?" Jennie ignores Seulgi's question.

"They're all in Daegu right now." Seulgi replied speeding up but driving carefully.

"Take me there."

That's when Seulgi abruptly stepped on the break that made Jennie bolt into her seat. "WHAT?!"

"What? That's my house too Seulgi, I.. I also miss mom. I miss my sister too."

"Jisoo hates you."

"I know, but you know how much I love her and I couldn't hate her." Jennie replied looking put the car window and releasing a deep sigh.

After Jennie went with their father to LA, everything about their sisterly relationship broke, ended, that made Jennie really upset but either way she just couldn't see herself hate her sister.

Because that's her sister, her best friend, her favorite person .
