Heeseung's POV
It was another school day and I've never felt so out of it throughout these weeks. Ever since Sunghoon went back home after our day out, he's been avoiding me by walking the other direction and hangs out with all of our friends except me.
It made me feel as if I missed apart of me that should've been embracing, protecting and nurturing but now, I don't know what's wrong with me.
I want to apologize and clarify everything but no matter how try to approach him, he's always walks in the other direction.
I look up and see Wonyoung, Jake and Jungwon talking to another when I notice Sunghoon releasing a soft smile towards them. If only I could make him smile like that once more...
Suddenly, my name was called which made me ponder no longer "Heeseung hyung!!" Jake cried "over here!!"
This took the attention of may students, especially Sunghoon, immediately making an excuse and flee the scene. I released a heavy sigh before approaching
"Hey what's going on with Sunghoon?" Wonyoung asked "he was happy just now?"
"Maybe he wanted to get to class earlier than usual?" Jake suggested
"Or maybe you just gave him too much attention by calling out to Heeseung" Jungwon replied "you know he's a walking spotlight from popularity and stuff"
"That's true"
I sighed once more while hearing that statement. "Now what's up with you?" Wonyoung changed the subject
"Hm? Oh nothing" I replied "just thinking..."
"Doubt that, you've never sounded so serious in your life" Jake mentioned "what's on your mind?"
"It's just...has Sunghoon been alright throughout the weeks?" I trailed off
"Seems normal to me, what do you think Jake hyung?"
"Yeah he's been fine why do you ask?"
"Oh nothing I was just wondering that's all"
"You sure?" Wonyoung said "or is it because you're realising you have feelings for Sunghoon"
"What no...actually I don't know, Sunghoon's been avoiding me and it's nearly half term and it's been bothering me" I sigh "I feel hurt, I want to talk to him but I'll only create more distance between us"
They looked at each other before smiling at me"Sunghoon's not the type to do something without reason, I'm sure you'll find out once you talk to him" Jungwon said
"But that's the thing, I can't even get close to him"
"Then come for tomorrow's final showcase 4:30 after school" Wonyoung suggest
"Why would I do that?"
"I'll be showcasing my final designs, Soobin and his friends will be there which means Sunghoon will be there" she replies "but most importantly, you'll understand everything once you get there"
Once she finished, I became confused, what did she mean by I'll understand when I get there? But soon completely distracted when Jake speaks up. "Speaking of Soobin, there he is now"
I turn around to see him right behind us happily talking to Beomgyu, Taehyun and Huening. So without another word, I walked up to Soobin hoping to find some info
"Hey Soobin!"
"Hm? Can I help you?" The blue haired male says in a slightly blunt tone once making eye contact with me
"Um..can we talk, it's about Sunghoon"
"Yes what happened?"
"Well his right eye, you know with the medical eye bandage and all"
