First Love... True Love

Confessions

Dustin's POV:
No. This can't be happening. I can't believe my eyes. I run (more like limp) into the room. I see Elena's family in there. Their eyes are all bloode shot and their faces are puffy from crying. Mrs. Freeman has her head down with mr. Freeman patting her back in comfort. They look up and see me.
"You must be Dustin. We have heard about you from Elena." Mrs freeman said in between snuffles. I look over and see Elena. Tears form in my eyes. She looks lifeless.
"I-Is she going to okay" i say, worried.
"No. The doctor doesn't think she has a chance. They are going to pull the plug on the machines. They say there is nothing they can do." She says, her voice cracking I could feel my heart tearing into a million pieces.
"We'll give you a minute alone before they do it. We've already said,our goodbyes." Mr. Freeman says while leading his wife out of the room. I pull the chair over to the bed and sit down. I don't know what to say.
"Elena, this is al my fault. And I am so sorry. I love you. I love you so so much. And I know that's a lot to say since we just me this semester. But it feels like I've known you for years." I said grabbing her hand, tears falling down my face.
"I don't care what people say or think, I love you. Please don't leave me. Your all I've got. All I can count on. You are my everything. My stars, my sun, my moon, my sky. Without you I'm nothing. So please don't die. Fight. Fight to live. Just know I will always love you." I say kissing her hand. I stand up and leave.
Soon after a doctor comes in the room. Me and the Freeman's following behind. She takes the life support chord machine thingy and turns it off. It stops beeping. Her heart stops beating. I can't breath. I need air. I look over and see mrs freeman on her knees crying beside mr freeman. Me, I'm trying to take it in. I leave and go outside. I need air.
I realize what just happened. She's gone. My Elena is gone. I walk back inside to see her room closed. I shut the door and walk over to her. I sit down and put her hand in mine. Hey skins already ice cold. My heart shatters.
"I'll always love you Elena Freeman." I say. Fighting the tears. I close my eyes.
Then I hear something. Breathing. I open my eyes and see her eyes flutter open.
"DOCTOR-NURSE HELP! SHES ALIVE!" I yell with joy. She looks at me confused.
"Elena, it's going to be okay. It's me Dustin." I say smiling.
"Who are you?" She asks.
