I awake in a unknown room. An unknown bed. In unknown sheets, and I'm naked under them. With unknown ropes, binding my arms and legs to the posts of the bed.

She walks over to me. Still humming.

The belt, if it can even be called that, is thick, long and black with metal balls attached all of the belt.

She walks back and puts them on me.

The woman says, "If you look into any corner you'll see a red dot, obviously it's too dark to see it but the red dots are on the camera. At the end of the thirty days, the person paying for you to be in here will come and collect you or they will add time to your sentence." She smiles, her fingers dragging along a row of floggers at the bedside table.
She picks up a flogger and moves closer to the bed.
"Everything done in your thirty days here has been strictly scheduled and organized by the person who sent you here. Everyone ounce of pain and pleasure you have to thank them for. I am simply the messenger. The person who sent you here is your master, and you will address them as such or face the punishment that your master has chosen for you." The women laughs as she drags the flogger along my naked body. "With that being said, I will hit you ten times and after every set of ten hits you may ask one question. I can choose not to answer based on what your master wants. Shall we begin?"
