CHAPTER 1 "AM I REBORN?"

Shion's P.O.V:

Aghh! I'm so sick of this! I think I'll be dead soon from eating noodles everyday

Shion's phone rang (call from Lucas):

I answered immediately. "What?" I said while slurping the noodles that I was eating. "Hey don't forget tomorrow's appointment okay?" I sighed deeply and said, " How many times did mom give birth to you?" He scoffs and answers me " Yah! I'm trying to help you out here, so you will no longer live in that dump place! And even I was curious how can you live there for a year?" I laughed out loud and said to him " You will know if you trynna come out as gay to mom and dad" I laughed once again and waited for him to answer the joke I cracked on him " Too bad, I'm not" he said proudly, then I have come to this conclusion, an urge to ask him "Lucas" I said in a low voice "yeah? what's up?" he answered, I'm thinking twice whether if I ask him or not but then my tongue slipped " Are you disgusted to have a young brother like me?" a moment of silence in the middle of the phone conversation. " Some people will think that you're different some people will make fun of you some will feel disgusted, but me? Never Shion, I accepted you as a whole if you're happy being gay then I'll support you 'til the end, that's why I'm the older here I was made to make you feel loved and safe. You're free to be you when you're with me, no need to be afraid of being who you are." I sniff Lucas's laugh at me I can imagine how annoying his face can be when he's teasing me in this situation. " I wish I can see your face right now, I wanna see how ugly you look when you're crying " I also laughed and say thank you to Lucas I want him to know how lucky I am to have you as my brother ." you're always welcome, don't put pressure on your self, you're doing your best and I'm so proud of you, I appreciate all of your efforts, thank you for making my childhood better, goodnight Shion." He hung up the phone after I said goodnight to him too.

" I never knew he'd be such a gentleman" after eating I went to sleep and set my alarm to 9:30 am.

After hearing the alarm I immediately woke up and brushed my teeth and took a quick shower, I locked my door and I'm now ready to leave but then I saw the old shits again starting to gossip about me. " Here we go again those shitful stares " I called for a taxi and meet Lucas at our favorite cafe.

- AT THE COFFEE SHOP-

I was looking for Lucas and then I saw him in the last seat working on his laptop, I ran to him and sit immediately. "Lucas!" I said to him while he was in shock at my appearance

"There you are!" Lucas greeted me happily, I took a deep sigh and ask him "what are we gonna talk about??" Lucas frowns at me and doubles and questioned me " Are you even eating on time? sleeping on time? You look so pale and thin!" I was nervous to answer him because I know he'll be mad at me "O-of course I'm eating" I stuttered a little bit, and then he raised his left eyebrow and asked me again " What ya eating?" I laughed nervously and said " instant noodles" Lucas took a deep sigh and looks at me directly in the eyes "wanna die so bad? Shion when will you learn huh?" I shyly answered him "Sorry Kuya, that's the only thing that my budget can buy" He just looked at me " Why didn't you tell me? you're always worried about me while you never care about yourself, I told you I'm one call away, if you needed me I'll always be there" Lucaslooks for the waiter and once the waiter arrived Lucas asks waiter to bring everything to the menu, I was too stunned to speak because I know that I cannot do anything about it. A minute passed I asked Lucas "How's mom and dad?" He just looked at me and continued the work on his laptop and said " You know the answer the Shion". '' Still working huh'' I said sadly. " You already know that ever since we were little Shion, they don't care about anything as long as they are making money" When we were kids we were wakened up being a hard workers kid we never enjoyed our childhood, and I and Lucas are the only ones who understand ourselves ." Lucas how are you?". "What do you mean?" He said. "Are you okay? Have you seen your future girl?" I teased him, he chuckles lightly and answered my question " I'm fine Shion, no need to worry about me, worry about yourself" after he answered my question he continue the work on his laptop, I'm always wondering is he even taking a rest? Is he sleeping on time and eating on time?
