Kylie knew she didn't know if she could forgive Rachel for going to see Adam. She felt betrayed. She felt that even after everything, that Rachel was firmly on Adam's side.

Kylie hated how she felt so broken over what Rachel had done. She felt like everything between her and her mum was going to change.

She felt alone. And her own mum had betrayed her. Kylie knew how Adam had broken her. And she was slowly trying to put herself back together. But she felt like she had been broken all over again.

All she knew was that she was unsure as to weather or not she could keep Rachel in her life.

When she woke that morning, she saw Tom asleep next to her. She smiled as he opened his eyes. "How did you know I was awake?" She asked.

"I felt you moving. Are you okay?" He asked as he kissed her.

Kylie nodded. Tom looked to her. He knew she wasn't okay. He knew she was putting on an act. He smiled. "You can talk to me about anything. I promise. Open up to me whenever you feel like it."

"I'm fine. I promise," Kylie said as she climbed out of bed and walked into the bathroom.

Tom sat there and sighed. He needed to get her up open up. But it was hard. She wouldn't talk if she didn't want to.

Kylie and Tom went into work. Kylie saw Rachel looking at her. She scoffed. "I hate how she's got the nerve to even look at me. She's my mum. And she chose to go and see him."

"Don't let it bother you babe. You're better than that. You've always been better then that," Tom said as he pulled her close and kissed her.

Kylie smiled and walked over to Charlee. "Hey. How's my little best friend?" She asked.

"She's good. She went into nursery today. So mommy won. Are you okay? I saw the way your mum was looking at you."

Kylie sighed and looked to her. "I'm hurt. The fact she chose to visit him after what he had done to me. She chose him over me. And I don't think I can forgive her," she told her.

Charlee nodded and smiled. "I get that. But just don't let her break you. Not like Adam did. You've come so far. And I don't want you to go back to how you were," she told her.

"I won't. I promise."

Kylie was sitting in the staffroom. She looked up as Rachel walked in. She went to walk off when Rachel grabbed her arm. "Please love."

"Get your hand off of me. You went to see him. After I begged you not to. You betrayed me. I don't think I can forgive you," Kylie spat.

Rachel looked to her. She sighed. "I'm sorry. I just...I loved him. Even more than I did Adam. And he does seem remorseful."

Kylie scoffed. She shook her head. "You're a joke. Leave me alone," she said as she turned and walked off.

Not knowing how her relationship with Rachel was about to get a whole lot worse.
