Hayes' pov

I sat on the small flimsy bed in the cell as I ran a hand through my hair. "Hayes calm down." Nash sighed "CALM DOWN? IM SITTING IN JAIL!" I hollered.

He said "you miss her don't you?" "Of course." he said "don't worry man well be out of here soon." I just nodded. I wasn't scared of jail , if that's what you're thinking. In fact I've sat in jail more times than you count. It's just this time , im here because of something I didn't even do.

The cops had said that someone informed them of what we were doing. He wouldn't tell us who but I have a good idea of who , Gaby or maybe Devin. No Devin couldn't do he said he's in worst trouble than I am. So it must be that snitch gaby , well she framed us. She did this to try to get Samantha back I know it but news flash Gaby , I'll be back.

Nash said "this is stupid , we didn't even do anything wrong , well this time." I said "try telling the police that Nash , we have a record they'll never believe us!" Cameron just sat down looking at the floor. I stood up , and walked over to the door of the cell and said "can I get a phone call?" The officer sat up from the chair and said "sure kid." and handed me the phone.

I dialed the number and it rang a few times before she picked up. I said "Samantha?" She said "H-Hayes?" She's been crying "I just wanted to say that I'm alright and I'll be out soon , so don't worry." "Hayes what did you do?" I sighed "I did nothing babe , I'll explain when I get released." "Okay love you." "Love you too." I replied and hung up handing the phone back to the officer.

He smiled at me and I said "what?" "The way you talked to her , you really love her don't you?" I chuckled "more than anything." and sat down. "I believe you didn't do anything." He spoke "really?" I said nearly jumping up and down in excitement "really , I'll make sure you're out in no time." I smiled and said "thank you." "It's nothing." and took his seat behind the desk.
