Today I was gone hang with Calvin but he has a date with that girl Lyric. She broke up with her mean boyfriend for Calvin because he did what I said and now he been getting serious. My mom was being all depressed so I don't want to be around her. Bae ass, Justin, had a family BBQ in Arkansas he invited me but I didnt want to go this time. Too many of his boy cousins hit on me. So I guess I'm bored. I was eating a bag a chips laying on the couch staring at the fan and the doorbell rang. I waited because usually my mom gets it. Then it rang again

Me- MAAA THE DOORRR!!!

No answer. I guess she left without me knowing. I got up and opened the door to her, at least I thought it was.

Me- You didnt have your....DADDDYYY

I saw my daddy and went ballistic. I missed him soo much. I hugged him. I refused to let go that he carried me in the house. I finally let him go and noticed he was crying because I was crying ironic thing was my mommy wasnt here. We sat on the couch and I told him about every thing. My daddy been gone since December its June now, like i missed him so damn much, now its time for Jason to come home.

The door opened and Calvin walked in.

Calvin- Pops that's you!?!

They hugged and my brother started crying. He sat down and he told daddy everything.

I think today is just a lucky day because Jason walked through the door. We all hugged him and caught us all up. Him and that girl still going together and now he on summer break.

Jason- So where momma at

Me-Good question

Pops (Jamal)- I dont know where Carly at

Calvin- Then how you get here

Jamal- They have it where if you don't have a ride they'll drop us off and thats how I got home

Calvin and Jason looked at each other and shook they head my dad didnt catch it, but I did.

Me- Well we can do a family cooking thing like we used to since daddy think a chef

Calvin- Ok Im down

Jason- Chef Jamal what are we cooking today

As Jason said that they all walked to the kitchen. Right when I was about to get up my Mom walked through the door backwards holding hands with that man. A long time ago he kissed her and I interrupted them.

-Flashback-

I looked at my phone and at my feet then back at my phone. Thats when I heard the front door. I just sat at the top of the stairs watching my mom laugh with some dude. He was fine but my daddy better.

Carly(my mom)- You so silly, so hows your arm

TheDude- Its better thanks to you

Carly- Its my job

TheDude- Its so quiet

Carly- My son is at practice the other with his girlfriend and my daughter should be here but I guess not

TheDude- Mmm

Carly- Im sorry I couldnt just drop you off I needed to get my bag

TheDude- Its fine

Carly- I'll be right back

She went to her room and the dude looked around. He looked at some of our family pictures and chuckled. He a creep. That's when my mom came back out.
