Melancholy Day

I had them on summer break well thats a lie they was on spring break well spring break is over and they are back to school. Remember the girls who messed with Cammy names were Louren, Sara, and Clay. There will be a new girl named McKenzie and she goes by Mickey.

I told my brothers where daddy was and Jason agreed to drive. We slowly went downstairs and you would've thought that the war daddy was fighting on duty came here in our home. My mom was smoking a cigar and drinking dark red wine and was playing that old slow break up blues. We've never seen her smoke so we are all surprised.

Carly- Where the hell do you all think your going

Me- Out

Carly- To hell you are

She got up and squeezed my face.

Carly- Your not going anywhere you ran him away bitch

I pushed her

Me- Last time I checked you lay with dogs and wake up with flees not my faught you pissed in the bed you made

She tried to launch at me but Calvin pushed her.

Jason- Carly stop being a drunk

Jason grabbed me and took me outside with Calvin behind us. We got in the car and made our way to me grandparents house. I haven't been here in a while. We walked up the three steps and rang the doorbell. That's when my fragile short grandmother Kim opened the door. She hugged me very tightly that Jason had to say something. We walked in to my granddad and pops and we all hugged and sat at the dinning room table because granny cooked and we are going to eat good. We had baked macaroni, fried chicken, Mexican rice, rib tips, greens, potato salad, and devil eggs. I thank God for this woman.

Me- So daddy are you and mom like.....divorcing or working it out

Jason- Yeah because downstairs was terrible

Calvin- and mom

Jamal- Um guys to be honest I don't know. She is the only woman I been with in a long time and I have you guys

Granny (Kim)- What do you guys think

Granddad(Jaden)- Yeah do you think it's best

Me- I don't know what to think

Jason- I feel that we all are old enough to understand divorce and handle it better than little kids would but I wouldn't want you going to war again and you have to wonder if your wife is cheating find a woman that can hold you down no matter what that right there is dead. Plus you and mom haven't been happy in a long time I peep

I laughed because Jason hates saying peep lol. My dad wasn't okay though I saw it in his face. I wish that we can be a happy family again. Oh well life has its' ways

Next Day at School

We went back home last night and we had a talk with my  mom and I can understand her actions even though they are not okay. She got weak I understand that because I told Justin I wasn't going to like anyone else but hey Gab came in the picture. It's hard being a woman, but she could've looked at her ring and remember all the good with being married. But off that, It was a free period for the whole school because a teacher passed away and they are giving the school a chance to grieve for a period. I had that teacher my freshman and junior year sadly she had cancer and God called her home. Meka took it pretty hard because she went to that teacher about everything so Lucky was holding her as she cried. Duce, Emma, and I just looked around at the crying faces because everyone was in the gym. I noticed this girl and she looked out of place and she caught me looking so I motioned for her to come over. 

Me- Hi

McKenzie- Hey, why is everyone crying

Me- A teacher died...I'm Cameron people call me Cammy tho

Mickey- I'm Mckenzie I go by Mickey tho

Emma- Well I'm Emma this is my boyfriend Duce and that's Meka and her boyfriend Lucky dont mind Meka she really liked the teacher

Mickey- What was the teacher name

Me- Ms. Younder

Mickey- Awe thats so sad I talked to her a couple of times during my transfer

Me- Yeah she was nice

Mickey- So like you the single one in the squad

Me- lol not really I talk to somebody but we not official

Mickey- Awe Is he Gabriel 

Me- Nahh forget him

Mickey- Awe all he did was talk about you....

Me- Aint he with Brooklyn

Mickey- Yeah....he dont like her too much he just with her to make you mad I told him it was a dumb idea

Me- Yea...how you know him

Mickey- Our mothers are best friends and they just reunited

Me- Awe

Mickey- Well Ima get going I hate seeing people cry

We said bye to her and each other and I went around the school looking for Justin. I found him hugging a freshman as she cried. I noticed it was his cousin so I didnt trip. I stood there as he told her to keep her head up and she walked away. He came to me and we embraced. His head was in the crook of my neck and his hand was on my ass as my hands was wrapped around his neck.

Justin- My Grandmother died thats why Kayla was crying

Me- Baby Im so sorry

Justin- Im good now because I got you

We kissed and hugged again. I spotted Gab watching with tears in his eyes. I just looked away. I told him I dont play games
