Eevee was walking in the grassy fields. She felt like she was walking in circles, for this had been her third day here since Audino healed her.
Finally, she saw what looked like a long path. She was being taken through what looked like a pretty Autumn path with Autumn leaves, and she had even witnessed a sighting of a Shiny Leafeon, which she didn't know was a very rare species. She had poor eyesight because of the Pyroar incident, so now she thought every Pokémon was shiny.

Then, she saw a jungle, and a volcano in the very far distance.
In a fable she read once, it said that behind the volcano lies death itself. However, some smart Pokémon take an alternative route which leads to the Pond of Wisdom easier.

Eevee, however, took the jungle path because she wanted to explore the jungle and see what kinds of Pokémon live there. She didn't know, that would become a grave mistake.

She was exploring, and to her heart's content. She saw many cool Pokémon that live in jungles, such as more Pikachu, Ambipom, and Purrloin.
She was wandering around when she saw a cave in the distance. She was very curious about this cave, and saw an Ursaring sleeping in there, and she knew not to come near. However, she did see a shadow in the distance, and it looked like a Lycanroc. But she wanted to get a closer look at the shadow.

And the Lycanroc was sleeping, so she decided to sleep on top of him

And the Lycanroc was sleeping, so she decided to sleep on top of him. The rocks on his body stuck into her skin and it really, really, hurt. And her fur started to bristle up.
But it was the only really safe spot she could sleep on for the night, as Liepard came passing by on the grass, the trees had other Pokémon in them, and the caves were inhabited already. It was better to go through all this pain for just one night.

The next morning...
Eevee woke up. It was a rainy day, and the Lycanroc was still asleep. Eevee noticed now that there were very bad wounds on her skin and fur. Her eye was severely hurt by the rocks, and therefore, she couldn't even see anything.
Just a blurry image of the sleeping Lycanroc. She quietly climbed off the Lycanroc's back when suddenly he jumped up, and the rocks really badly hurt her skin now, and the wounds were seriously bleeding. She knew she would die soon if she didn't run for safety.
