Meet Nazo Chapter 1

You were on the ground in pain as you looked around your surroundings. All of your friends were knocked out as Nazo flew towards you with an evil grin.

"You can't stop me no matter what you do! Now, it's time to finish you all off!"

You closed your eyes tightly, waiting for the blast to hit you.

Let's go back to how this all started.

Before the final battle:

It was night time and everyone was asleep when the scene moves to the Chaos Emeralds, which was in a secure safe.

They suddenly started glowing brightly as it lit the whole room.

Once the light disappeared, a mysterious hedgehog was standing in the shadows as he gave himself an evil chuckle with his eyes glowing.

The next morning, Sonic was eating breakfast when suddenly, he heard someone knocking on the door but it was violent.

He glared at the door until he heard a familiar voice.

"Open up!"

Sonic rolled his eyes as he got up to open the door.

"It's like 8 in the morning Knuckles. Do you not have any respect for early birds?"

Knuckles just barged in, looking very serious.

"Where is he?"

"Who?"

"Tails! Where is he!?"

"What do you need him for?"

Knuckles grabbed Sonic roughly.

"WHERE IS HE!?"

"DOWNSTAIRS! IN THE LAB!"

Knuckles dropped him as he quickly walks away. Sonic groaned in pain as he held his side.

"What was that about?" He asked in a painful tone.

With Tails, he was on his computer until Knuckles barged in. Tails got startled as Knuckles walked in.

"Knuckles! You can't just barge in like that!"

"There's no time! I need your help."

"What's going on?"

"I sense something off with the Chaos Emeralds."

"What do you mean?"

Knuckles looked at the safe and started to open it.

"You don't understand. I sense something that has never happened before. It's like a new kind of power has formed from them."

"Hmm...Alright. I'll take a look."

Tails pushed his wheeled chair towards the second computer and started typing. Sonic came down and asked,

"What is going on here?"

"Knuckles says that there's something off with the Emeralds."

"Like how off?"

"Far from what I know." Knuckles said as he gave the Emeralds to Tails.

He pressed the button as it scans the Chaos Emeralds. Once it did, they noticed that they had a recent activation.

"It seems like they had a slight second of boosted power but then it went weak."

"But what exactly is causing it?"

You rushed inside the room quickly.

"Guys! The city is under attack!"

"We're about to find out."

"Let's go!"

They arrived at the city and saw the Mobian laughing while the citizens were screaming.

"Hey! Fun's over punk!" Knuckles said as he smirked.

They were a bit surprised since they didn't know this hedgehog.

"Who are you!?" Sonic asked.

"Sonic The Hedgehog, isn't this a surprise. You chose the wrong Hedgehog to mess with. Names Nazo and the way things go, is that I always get what I want and destroy those who get in my way."

"You leave the citizens alone!" Amy yelled.

"Now what's the fun in that? Somebody's gonna know who to fear."

"You better surrender now if you know what's good for you!" Y/N said.

He chuckled and said,

"I should be telling you the same thing. Unfortunately, I can't have you pests wondering around here."

Shadow started to sense something.

"Something is off about him."

"Ha! Defeating you shouldn't take long at all!" Sonic said.

"You'll regret coming to face me."

"Enough talk!" Knuckles ran towards Nazo, ready to deliver a punch as he did, a giant blast of smoke surrounded them.

Once it faded, he noticed that Nazo didn't even move or flinch. Knuckles was shocked.

"What!?"

Nazo grinned with an evil chuckle and shot a Chao Spear at him, causing Knuckles to be shot back towards his friends.

Shadow was shocked.

"How's that possible?"

Nazo grinned as he looked at you and your friends.

"You dare to challenge me? I'll bring you all to the ground!"

Sonic began to speed dash towards him and hits him, causing him to crash into a building.

He suddenly stood up and immediately heals himself.

"Huh!?"

"You can't hurt me hedgehog."

He shot a red beam as it hits Sonic in the chest.

"Gah!"

Nazo flew towards the team as he began to fight you and the others.

You and your friends began to fight him but after awhile, you noticed that he didn't even get hurt once.

"How is that even possible!?" Amy asked.

He smirked and walked towards them slowly.

"I heard quite about you guys. You were to easy to beat. I don't see how your other enemies have that issue."

Your friends groaned in pain as some of them tried to get up.

"Time to finish this!"

Nazo zapped Tails as he screamed.

"Tails!!!"

He suddenly disappeared into thin air as everyone was shocked.

"What did you do!?"

"You'll find out!"

Nazo zapped Shadow as well as he disappeared into thin air like Tails.

Some of your friends ran towards Nazo to stop him but he was able to hit each of them.

"We gotta get out of here!" Sonic said as he suddenly got hit.

"Gah!"

"Sonic!"

"Run!"

The others start running away as Nazo was laughing. Your friends were getting hit one by one as you quickly grabbed something from your pocket.

You took out a bag of rings and used it to open a portal. You jumped in quickly before Nazo could zap you.

"I will find you Y/N."
