"WHAT?" he yelled. I flinched, his face was red with anger.

"I- I- thought we were just friends..." I stuttered. He looked at me like he was confused.

"You're like my mother." he shook his head.

"I'm not. I did not cheat and I never will!" I screamed furiously that he would pin that on me.

"I know, I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said that. I'm sorry Audrey." he looked down at his shoes.

"it's okay. I think you should take me home now."

It was a long ride home, and a quiet one. He seemed tense, his jaw was clenched.

ANDREWS POV

I havent heard from Aubrey in two weeks. She hates me. I could've just kept my mouth shut. Why did I have to try to kiss her? I could have contained the urge for another few hours. But the truth was, I couldn't. Something about her makes me want to grab her and kiss her until I can't breathe. Something about her makes me crazy, I can't quit thinking about her.

I tried to push her out of my mind. It's my first day of a new school, since I used to go to a private school but now I've transferred to a public school, Elk Wood High. The History teacher droned on and the thoughts of Aubrey came back. This girl is making me crazy. The bell rang and I grabbed my books and ran for the hall. Football tryouts are today maybe I can get her off of my mind then. Probably not.

My friend who I didn't get to see a lot because of my private school came up to me. I missed him and I had a feeling we were going to be best friends again, just like we were when we were little kids.

"Hey man!" he said giving me a bro-hug.

"Hey! Last football season sucked without you as quarter back." I told him laughing, he laughed too.

"Yeah I know right." he said sarcastically then smiled, "meet my girlfriend." out from behind Noah stepped Audrey.
