First shift

Anna pov
*I woke up at 530 in the morning in my empty apartment I only got here in Chicago yesterday and I did not have time to unpack everything so most of my things are still in boxes I had some time this morning before shift so I unpacked all my boxes and made it feel homey

*this is what it looked like when I was finished it's not the biggest apartment but it's all I need I got a shower and then did my hair and got dressed*

*I put this outfit on because I don't have my uniform yet and I made myself a iced coffee and I grabbed my car keys and got into my black suv and I drove to the station after a 10 min drive a finally arrive at 7:30 am and I walked into the truck room and I was approached by a tall blonde hair guy*
Casey:can I help you
Anna:yeah actually my name is Anna Quinn I'm the new paramedic here at 51
Casey:oh welcome my name is lieutenant Casey and this here is lieutenant severide
Anna:nice to meet you is gabby here

*I grab my uniform and go into the bathroom and get changed into the Chicago fire t - shirt and the uniform pants and I take my jacket and I put it on over the shirt but I don't zip it up*

*we walk into the common room and everyone shoots looks at us*

Gabby:not so fast Cruz . This is Anna Quinn she is working with me on the ambulance and is a official paramedic here at 51

*gabby showed be all around the house and then the intercom came on*
Intercom:truck 81 engine 51 squad 3 ambulance 61 accident route 56 *

Anna:ready as I'll ever be
*we all hopped in our trucks and truck 81 led the way followed by squad 3 and we went in front of engine 51 and we drove to the accident and it was really bad*

Casey:Hermann ,Mouch and Cruz check on the suv see if anyone is stuck

*we ran over to the suv and see 2 passengers severely injured *
Gabby:take the female I'll take the male
*we managed to pull the passengers out through the windshield and I got the woman and we walked over to the ambulance*

Sheila:Sheila Sheila Reid is my husband ok
Anna:your husband is in good hands ok don't worry

Sheila:my head hurts a lot

*as I'm running over to severide I call in that I need at least 2 more Ambos *

Kelly:she is bleeding from the waist looks like a piece of glass stabbed her

Nora:yeah *gets out of the car but clasped on the ground*

*I passed of Nora to Kate and I went back over to Sheila*
Anna:you doing alright Sheila

Anna:I'm gonna get you a ambo ok and get you to a hospital

*I walk Sheila over to Jared's ambulance and he takes care of her and I go over to Dawson*

Gabby:pretty good but we need to take him to a hospital he's crashing here as we speak
Anna:k I'll drive
*we get the man in the ambo and gabby gets in the back and I go in the drivers seat and turn on the sirens and I head over to med and once we arrive Maggie asked what we got*
Maggie:what do we got
Gabby:male never got a name head trauma started crashing in the ambulance 1 round of Epi in him and we woke up

*we handed the male off to will and we got back in the ambulance and drove back to the station*
Gabby:good job today
Anna:thanks it was stressful

*we arrived at the station and everyone has just got back*

*we went in the common room and sat down at the table and Peter made a salad for lunch and we all ate together*

Anna:it's nothing like LA let me say that
Casey:why did you transfer from LA
Anna:well my family all lives here and me and gabby our best friends since we were little and there was a spot opened here so I applied for a transfer
Kelly:wow I didn't know you and gabby were so close

*it was the end of shift and grabby came up to my in the locker room*

Anna:sure but I need to go home first

*I finished putting my things away and I grabbed my keys and drove home when I arrived I got a shower and got changed*

*I put this outfit on and curled my hair and did some light makeup  and drove to Molly's*
