you live in new york. you're a successful business woman (whatever you like to be) and just woke up. it's 9am as you start your morning routine. as always you're going for a run. you put your hair in a ponytail and grab your phone and headphones as you step out of your apartment. you turn up the music and start running. running clears your mind and helps you focus, especially when you're stressed. as you're running you get lost in your own thoughts and listening to the music, only focusing on your breath and your working muscles. you're about to pass a store when suddenly someone walks out and bumps right into you, making you trip. first you feel confused, kind of embarrassed of what just happened but when you turn your head you forget all of that. the person that just bumped into is jenna ortega. THE jenna ortega. of course you recognize her immediately, she's all you can think about.
"oh my god i'm so sorry i didn't mean to, here let me help you up" you hear her say as she offers you her hand. her voice was filled with worry. you're too stunned to speak as you take her hand, pulling yourself up and looking directly into her face. god she's so beautiful. her breathtaking brown eyes ran over your body, making you shiver. "thanks" you say trying to act confident, not letting her see how nervous you were. "are you okay?" she asks. oh yes, you were definitely more than okay right now. "wait, aren't you y/l/n?" suddenly a bright smile appeared on her face. "yup that's me. and you're jenna ortega, right?" you're surprised she knows who you are, at the end you are the one who's obsessed with her. "yeah. i knew i've seen you before, i love your work!! it's so nice to meet you" jenna says smiling widely. "really? i love you too! i mean- i love your work. haha, sorry about that.." you say awkwardly. shit shit shit i ruined it, you thought to yourself. jenna giggles a little "haha no problem, you know maybe we can hangout sometime?" "w-what? oh yeah sure totally! i'd love to" you start rambling. "here's my number, just text me whenever you're free" you say, giving her your number. "alright, i gotta go but i'll see you, have a nice day y/n!" she says waving you goodbye. "yeah sure, bye jenna" you wave back at her and she gives you one last smile before turning around. your heart melts and you blush extremely, you still can't believe what just happened. for the rest of your run you can't stop smiling and just waited for jenna to text you. you already planned your first date in your head and came home happier than ever.
