I'm sitting next to Leo in science lab. He hasn't said anything or looked at me. It's been really quiet. I wasn't looking forward to the partner work. "Alright everyone you may get started on the partner work please talk at a low volume." My science teacher says. Ah shit now I gotta work with him. "Is there anyway we can work alone?" Leo says confidently. My heart dropped. Why does he not want to work with me? Just over a kiss he didn't even consent to give? Wtf. "Yes you may go over to the singular desk." My teacher says. Leo gets up with no remorse and walks over to the singular desk and gets started. "Miss Zoie you may work alone too or work with someone without a partner." My teacher says with a assuring smile and walks back to her desk. As I was scanning the room I noticed RJ's partner was absent. I grab my stuff and walk over to his partners seat. "Hey can I work with you?" I say with an soft smile. "Ugh sure I didn't understand the work anyway." He says with a nervous smile.

The bell rang and me and RJ are packing up while talking. "My next class is so far away" I say rolling my eyes and slugging out the class. "I'll walk you if you want." RJ says making deep eye contact with me while I'm not even looking. "Excuse me." Leo says aggressively nudging pass RJ. "What the hell is his problem." RJ says looking at him. "I don't know but let's go." I say walking to my next class with him. "Here we are" I say about to walk into my class. "Hold up" he says grabbing my arm. He pulls me into a hug a REAL HUG. "Ight I'll see you in gym" he says walking away. I walk in my class flustered and blushing. Maybe its RJ maybe it's always been him.
