I'm hanging out with RJ in his car in an empty parking lot. We haven't been able to go over each other houses so we have car rides at night sometimes. We listen to each other's favorite artists, play games with each other, and watch movies and shows together. "So what you trynna do?" He says turning the music down. "Ummm you wanna watch avatar? It's my favorite movie." I say trying to break the silence. "Can we do something else?" He says smirking at me. "What you mean?" I say sounding clueless knowing exactly what he was talking about. "I'll show you" he says and leans in for a kiss. He wouldn't stop I Had to keep coming up for air. "Stop" I say awkwardly laughing. "What? I want you." He says trying to sound romantic But more so sounding pervy. "Ok but I don't want to do this like right now." I say getting quiet and looking down at my finger nails. "Why we've been together for a while I'll be gentle if it's your first time." He says lifting my chin so I'm looking at him. "I just don't want to right now." I say trying to avoid eye contact. "So your saying you just don't want to do it with me?" He says in a confused tone. He's gaslighting me. "Rj that's not what I'm saying I just don't want to do this in general right now." I say finally looking at him. "Whatever." He says annoyed and looks at the steering wheel. "Can you take me home?" I say breaking the silence. He starts the car up without a word and drives off. What did I do wrong?
