earth is in danger by the alien gallaxhar as he plans to to take over earth with his brilliant technology. the goverment can't take it down but thanks to a wisecracking military general, he recruits a team unlikely monsters heros who society has abandoned,shunned,neglected and straight run away from without even knowing how they feel. but when a new monster susan joins the monster prison they were in and meets a human who was turned into a monster named y/n banner, things start to get crazy as the unexperinced monsters fight alien robots 100 times their sizes, but thanks to y/n their chances are good as with y/n and the rest of monsters fight gallaxhar to save not just earth.. the universe itself!!!!
