chapter 9

Childe pov:

I sat down on the couch thinking about what happend, I was snacking on the candy pulcinella gave me when I saw scara sitting down next to me and placing the bread on the plate

"Heyy you feeling alright?" I asked

"Yeah, ..and um where did you get that?" Scaramouche asked moving closer to me

"Ohh it's just candy that pulcinella gave me! Columbina brought them tho" I said

"Want some?" I offered scara moving the bag closer

"Ehh, not now let's finish the food and we'll leave those for later" he said

"Oh- okayyy" I replied placing the bag on the table

Me and scaramouche talked for a while, mostly scara ranting over random stuff but I listened carefully, in the end we finished our food. Me and him brought our plates and put them in the sink, I sat down on the kitchen chair while scara washed the dishes

"Sooo..what do you wanna do?" I asked putting my arms under my head leaning on the table

"Well I had some plans planned for us for the morning but you decided to be late and now we can't do them" Scaramouche said washing the dishes more aggressively

"Mrghhh...I already told you its not my fault" I said putting my head down completely to the table making my words and groan muffled

"Whatever" Scaramouche said sitting on the chair next to me

I raised my head up and looked at scaramouche who was patting my head head some reason

"Mhm okay then uhh..should we watch a movie then?" I asked and smiled

"Yeah sure, go pick out a movie I'll grab more snacks" scara said getting up and walking over to the pantry

"Alright." I replied getting up and making my way to the living room

I went through Netflix for some minutes and decided on a horror movie

"Yo I'm back" I heard scara from next to me placing the stuff down and sitting next to me

I simply waved

"So what movie did you pick?" Scara tilted his head, damn it its so cute when he does that

"I just chose the grudge, it's a horror movie" (tbh..I never watched this movie so idrk if its actually scary and I have no idea what happens in it.. I just got it off google and watched some YouTube clips so don't make fun if I got anything wrong or made something up💀)

"A h-horror movie?.." Scaramouche said his face becoming terrified

I heard him gulp "what? Ya scared of horror movies?" I asked

"N-no! Horror movies are child's play.." scara said looking away and crossing his arms

"You don't have to lie it's pretty obvious you are, it's okay to be scared of them" I said reassuringly

Scaramouche sighed "Fine.. let's just start"

I got up and closed the lights and turned on a small lamp next to us, I grabbed the remote and began the movie, as the movie was going through the trailer I sat down next to Scaramouche and pulled myself under the blanket with him, I looked at scaramouche who was sweaty as shit
