"You guys were the weakness, not me. Killing her helped me realize that no one could stop me from doing what I want."
"Why her? Why did she have to be your first?"
"She was convenient. It was an accident at first. I didn't mean to kill her, but Her death helped me realize something nothing else ever could have. Despite that, No one would've suspected a thing. That is, until you stuck your nose in where it didn't belong. That's why shit turned into such a clusterfuck, thank you by the way."
"I'll ask again, What did killing her help you realize? With more specifics this time."
"Biggie in Red always blabbed on about being a hero. But there's always something about heroes that most fail to understand. A weakness that holds them back. Do you know what it is?"
Donnie shakes his head skeptically.
"Tsk tsk tsk" he tuts as he waves a finger disapprovingly.
"Well I guess I'll tell you. It's their morals. Being a hero means people want to see you fail and fall from grace, but being a villain, they want to see you rise. No matter how you look at it, the hero always falls harder than the villain in the eyes of the public. You guys live by these dumb morals that keep you from doing what needs to be done. A weakness used by the lesser as a means to an end. Those morals prevent you from using your full potential, and for what? Honor? Duty?"
Donnie doesn't answer but they weren't really expecting one anyways, but they continue regardless.
"Its all bullshit you get fed to you on a silver fucking spoon and platter, blinded from the truth and you guys eat that shit up. I just happened to have 20/20 vision and see past that shit."

Donnie gets startled awake by excessive pounding on his door, dropping the schematics he was up late working on. He blearily checks the time.
4.45 A.M
He reads, groaning as the banging gets louder. 'Who could be up at this time banging like a maniac?' Curiosity gets the better of him, and he saunters over to the door. He slams it open prepared to yell at whoever was banging his reinforced metal door when he sees April. She looks at him with distress written all over her face and he falters.
"April? Whats-"
"She's dead Donnie!"
April makes her way into his room and he stands by the door baffled. "I'm sorry, can you repeat that. I don't think I heard you right" he remarks as he closes the door and makes his way over to her. "Kendra, she's dead!" and that sobers him up like being shoved into an ice cold bath. "Leader of the purple dragons Kendra? When? how?" April shoves her computer into donnies chest, waiting expectantly for him to open it. He opens it skeptically, checking the news report on the screen. "Press play." she says, her voice shaking ever so slightly. He looks at her with apprehension but does as he's told and plays the video.
