After the U.S.J incident, Izuku was confronted by his past after his mask was broken during the battle.
Hisashi: Son, you were here this whole time?
Izuku: Oh, so now you notice that I'm here?!
Inko: Izuku, I know we abandoned you and did not listen to you, but we want to make amends with you.
Izuku: Too little too late, Egg Donor. Should've thought about it before you decide to listen to bomb terrorist #2 and Elsa ripoff.
Endeavor: That's enough, brat. Do you not know how much your family was worried about you?!?!
Izuku: Um, do you think I care?! Not my problem, you flame piece of garbage!! The only people that cared about me were my sister, Fuyumi, Natsuo, and Touya. They knew that I was attending Union, but I told them to keep it a secret until Union's Sports Festival, but I guess that U.S.J incident change my plans. Now that you found me, please do me the favor and continue to ignore me like the neglectful people that you are.
Katsumi: But Icchan-

Izuku: Oh my God! Just stop already! You were never there for me whenever I need you. WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME WE WENT ON VACATION AS A FAMILY?!?! WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME YOU CELEBRATED MY BIRTHDAY?!?!
Inko: ...
Izuku: WELL?!?!
Inko had no answer as she had tears in her eyes.
Izuku: See? You don't have anything to say. Just do everyone a favor and leave me alone.
Katsuki had enough and grabbed Izuku by the collar.
Katsuki: LISTEN HERE, DEKU!!! I DON'T KNOW HOW YOU GOT POWERS, BUT YOU'RE COMING HOME, FORGIVING US, AND MARRYING MY SISTER!! NOW BE A GOOD DEKU THAT YOU ARE AND LISTEN TO-
Katsuki didn't finish his sentence because Izuku sock him in the jaw.
Izuku: I don't take orders from a barking mutt like yourself.
Katsumi: Icchan, that's your brother-in-law.
Izuku: He's not my brother-in-law and he never will. I won't marry a tramp like yourself. Get it through your skull.
Endeavor: You brat!
Endeavor had enough and tried to punch Izuku, but Izuku dodged it and did a leg sweep on him.

Izuku: I'm only telling all of you this once and once only. If you come after me or my family, I will expose you for what you've done to me and I'll make sure that you won't recover from it.
Hisashi/Inko: They're not your family, we are.
Izuku: Yes, they are. BLOOD-RELATED OR NOT, THEY'RE STILL MY FAMILY AND THEY'RE BETTER THAN ALL OF YOU COMBINE!
