"Are you sure it looks good ev?" luna asks after watching her newly edited video for the second time.
"Yes Luna. Everybody's been wanting the apartment tour and so I don't think they'd care if it was complete shit. They just want to see it." Evelyn sighs while she leans to grab the remote and turn on new girl again.
"Ugh I know, but I want it to be good. I hate half-assing my way"
"but you didn't. so post it" Evelyn says before her phone starts ringing from the counter. She pauses the show again and walks over to the counter. "Shit it's my dad. Hold up."
Evelyn answers the call and begins talking to her dad while Luna finally begins to upload the video to YouTube. She quickly moves her computer away from her like she had just sent a risky text and goes to grab for her phone.
Lunas scrolling through instagram was disrupted when she heard a squeal from Evelyn who comes running from the kitchen.
"Luna!" Evelyn yelled.
"What?" Luna asked with confusion written all over her face.
"Oh my God. Luna. Oh my God!" Evelyn continues yelling excitedly while she runs over to the couch and grabs Lunas arm.
"What? What? You're freaking me out." Luna says while subtly laughing from Evelyn's outburst.
"Okay. My dad said they want to see your portfolio and all of that." Evelyn smiles.
"Who wo-. Oh my God. No fucking way!" Luna excitedly says once she begins to understand what Evelyn is getting at.
"Yea fucking way!"
"The New Jersey Devils want to see my portfolio!" Luna yells as she excitedly jumps up and down with Evelyn who still had a hold of her arm. "Okay...oh my God. Calm down. This doesn't mean I'm for sure going to start working there."
Evelyn and Luna look at each other, breathing heavily from the excitement and jumping around. Smiles breakout on their faces and they start jumping up and down once again.
"I'm sending my photography to the New Jersey Devils!" Luna yells.
"Which ones are you going to send them?" Evelyn asks as she falls to the couch exhausted. "I really need to start working out again."
"Same. But I'm not sure. For sure the ones I took at the football games because those are the closet ones I have to taking pictures for hockey and then I'll probably just throw in some random ones." Luna shrugs while she sits down next to Evelyn.
"A girl who has never even watch hockey about to go take pictures of a hockey team." Evelyn laughs.
"Hey! I've gone to two games with you when we first moved in and I've seen parts when you've watched them." Luna states while softly pushing Evelyn with her shoulder.
"I forgot about that. There's one this week we could go to and my dad could get us it for free." Evelyn suggests as she starts hits play on the remote again.
"I'm down."
