Kennith walked into the grocery store.
"Hi Kennith," Greg tiredly said from the cash register. He appeared to be reading a book, which made sense because there was no one else there.
"Hi," Kennith said back. He quickly went to the snack aisle and grabbed a huge bag of Cheetos.
'Is there anything else I need?' He wondered. Kennith looked around the store.
'Nah, it's not like I need any other shit to carry home.'
He walked over to the check out center. Greg was still reading his book and didn't notice him .
"Uh Greg," Kennith said to get his attention. He still didn't hear him.
"Hellooooo" He said. Still nothing.
"GREG OH MY GOD STOP READING THAT BOOK IM TRYING TO CHECK OUT HERE." Kennith yelled. Greg slowly looked up from his book, he was pretty tired and didn't want to work today. He sighed.
"Sorry," Kennith said.
"It's fine, just those?" He asked pointing to the Cheetos. Kennith nodded and handed the bag to him. Greg scanned the bag.
"That'll be $4.58" He said. Kennith searched his pockets.
"Shit," He mumbled. Greg raised an eyebrow.
"What?" He asked. Kennith looked at him nervously and chuckled. He grabbed the bag of Cheetos and ran out of the store yelling, "YOU WILL NEVER CATCH MEEE."
Greg sighed and rolled his eyes.
"I'll just let him go, I don't have for this anyways," He said before going back to his book.
