Akane and meika got separated because of an accident that happened to akane and the other reason was her parents work so meika has no choice but to agree with it.
Meika's whole thought was the place they were going to move to was not too far away, but what happened next shocked her, but she chose to remain silent cuz she doesn't want to argue with her mother again.
Meika was completely surprised by their flight to the United States and she thought they were only going to move into another province.

A mysterious student pokes one of her friends to ask them about akane if they knew her but good thing they knew her.
"Hey! May I ask you something? May I ask something about that girl who has long brown hair?"
A mysterious student asked.
"Oh that girl! She's so popular here and not to mention, she's a soccer champion in this school!"
"Her friend replied"
"Popular?! But why isn't she a mean girl or something?! All I know is all popular girls are mean and surrounded by their friends but why is she not mean?! She's so sweethearted girl! I'm so surprised!"
"Who are you talking about"
Her other friend asked.
"That girl!"
Mysterious student pointed akane.
"Ohh... That pretty girl! She's so Popular here!"
Her friend replied.
Her other friend also explained everything about akane.
"Ahhh... So you're talking about miss hasegawa? She's famous here at our school and many boys like her but she always rejects them haha! And do you know that she's the richest in their section And the donations of her parents to this school are freaking huge!"
Mysterious student got surprised when she heard akane's last name and immediately asked more about akane.
"Her last name?! Her last name was hasegawa?! Please tell me more about her!"
Suddenly, one of her friends was surprised because of her determination to know all the information about Akane.
"Wait why are you so desperate to know her? You guys know each other or something? Besides, she's our classmate maybe you didn't notice hehe"
A mysterious student got surprised.
"She's what?? Our classmate?? Oh thank god! Now I have so many chances to ask her hehe! Uhm anyways I'll answer y'all's question so... I have a close cousin when I was little so we often play a lot but fate separated us for 8 years so after 8 years we flight back to this country so I wanted to see her again that's why I'm asking about that akane girl cuz she's so close to my cousin that I'm talking about."
Her friend got surprised.
"Yo! So she's your cousin? OMG you're so lucky! So what do you want to know about her?"
Her friend asked.
"Hmm... Her full name! I wanted to know her full name!"
Mysterious student happily asking her friend.
"Ok so her full name is Akari or you can call her Mai... So her full name is Akari Padilla Hasegawa."
Her friend replied and a mysterious student jumped out of joy.
"Yes! 100% confirmed! She's my cousin! She's what I'm looking for! But I hope she still remembers me"
Her friends got so happy for her and she had a popular cousin.
"We used to be like close friends but for some reason we got separated but here we go! And she's my classmate! Yippee!!"
The mysterious student screaming inside.
"Wait before we believe you, do you have any proof that miss hasegawa is your cousin?"
Her friend asked her with a smirk.
"Oh yeah? Let's see! I'll introduce myself to her later hehe watch me!"
