As the week went on, Chris was checking up on me the whole time while he was at work. Finally Friday had come around quick enough, I woke up before Chris to cook him some breakfast before he had to go to work, while singing quietly trying not to wake him up.

While plating up the rest of the breakfast, I felt a pair of arms snake around my waist instantly knowing that it was Chris and he whispers in my ear.

"Morning princess"

"Good morning handsome"

"The bed felt cold without but now I know why cause this smells delicious"

"Yeah, I wanted to cook you some breakfast before you head off to work"

"And I appreciate that you've done this for me, plus don't forget we're going out for drinks tonight"

"I know, I haven't forgot, but I'm going to go out and buy a dress for tonight"

Chris spins me around and gives me a kiss before letting me go to head toward his coat to grab something out from it.

"Here take my card and buy what you need to get for tonight"

"Chris, I can't just take you're card, I want to buy a dress out of the money that I've managed to save up"

"Please doll I insist, I want to be able to spoil you like you deserve"

"Chris...."

"Please, you deserve it"

Chris gave me puppy eyes and I knew that if I would've argued with him, he would've got me a dress anyway.

"Okay fine, just because you're giving me the puppy eyes and I'm not in the mood to try and argue with you"

"Thank you, and like I said you deserve it, plus I want to spoil you"

"You don't need to spend you're entire pay check on me, I know that professors don't earn a lot"

"Yes, I might not earn a lot but I know that once my bills are paid, I'm able to spend the rest on what I need, but thankfully I've managed to save a fair bit of money from my previous jobs, so now I want to spoil you"

"Chris I'm not that type of person who is with you just for you're money, I'm with you because I love you"

"I know you're not the type of person for that reason, but I just want to show you how much I love you"

"I know, anyway breakfast is served and then you got to get ready for work"

"Okay, well let's eat"

I smiled at Chris while sitting down and started to eat breakfast. Once we were finished with our dishes, Chris had headed upstairs to get ready for work while I cleaned the dishes. I had finished washing the dishes, I noticed that Chris hadn't come down from being upstairs so I headed straight to the bedroom to see what he was up to.

"Chris...."

No answer so I call for him again.

"Chris, handsome"

There was no answer again, I walk into the bathroom to see him taking a shower, I debated on wether I should join him or not but then I thought fuck it why not, so I strip of any clothes that I had on my body and enter the shower.

"Baby, what are you doing"

"Joining you in the shower"

"You do realise that what you are doing is dangerous and is going to make me late for work"
