A/n: nightmares, mentions of death, panic attacks, slight violence and mental breakdowns

Throughout the night I was tossing and turning, to the point where I woke up knowing that I had a nightmare from that night when I got raped, but after 10 minutes I finally managed to calm myself down but all I could think of was 'why am I having a nightmare, I haven't had one since I've started back at uni', that's when there was a knock on my door, it was Abby, I breathed and sighed, finally being able to breathe properly.

"Hey, I came to see if everything was okay"

"Hey, yeah I'm fine now but-"

"But you had a nightmare"

"Yeah, please come and sit down"

Abby walked over from the door frame over the bottom of my bed.

"Listen to me Ab, I just wanna start by saying I'm sorry for what happened yesterday, I was having a shit morning and then I was finally like I back to my normal self, I knew how much you missed me and I wanted to tease you about Seb but I didn't mean to go as far as I did"

"It's fine, I knew you were teasing, it was something that I wasn't ready to tell you but I also wanted to say that I am sorry as well for what I said, I know after last year and then you really falling for Chris, I really worded it wrong and then the words just come out my mouth"

"Can we just get passed from the incident from yesterday, forget about it even happening and be back to how we normally are please"

"Yes we can, I missed you though"

"I missed you too but we should warn each other next time, and please tell in future if you feel uncomfortable about anything"

"I will do, I promise"

"So tell me about you and Seb and I want all of the details"

Abby began to tell me everything about her and Seb but I couldn't help but smile at her because I knew that my best friend was really happy which made me happy.

"So yeah that is everything I can tell you"

"Well I'm glad you are happy and in love as well"

"I am happy and I feel it too"

"I think I will need to have some words with Seb"

"What do you mean"

"I mean I need to tell him the same thing you spoke to Chris about when he came over the first time after I had told you guys about us"

"Oh right, yeah now I can remember that conversation that I had with him"

"I hope that I ain't interrupting anything"

"No Tom, you're not interrupting, please come in and sit down"

Once Tom was sat on the bed, we finally had a group hug and we stayed like that for a few minutes. When we broke away from the hug, Tom broke the silence by saying something funny as always, but when I looked at my alarm it was stating that it was 6 in the morning, so we all decided to get up and dressed to go to Starbucks and chill there for a little bit before heading to campus.

We left our apartment, we drove for a bit and finally we got to Starbucks, we went in and ordered what we needed to order.

"Hi, what can I get for you today"

"Hi, can I get 2 Caramel Frappuccino's and a tea as well please"

"Yeah that will be $12.30, when you are ready"
