Chapter 16

Bang Chan POV:

"Minho please let me explain, I didn't do anything I swear!" I put my hands up in defense. Minho pinches his temples.

"How, why, Chan what the hell happened!" he screamed in confusion. I could tell the panic and hurt in his chocolate brown eyes. He was on the verge of tears, I could see them start to well up on the corners of his eyes. 

"Please just listen, Hannah was on insta and she saw that my boss posted something and now new reports our running around saying i am now rumored to be dating Jun-ho."

"But is it-"

"No, its not true," I cut in, "I don't like my boss you know this. Minho, he;s been trying to get between us for the past months. He hasn't liked how close I am with you and now hes trying toy ruin it. I walk up to the counter that he is sitting at. I grab his hands and hold them, caressing them gently.

"Minho, I love you and you only. I will never love him. You are mine, not ever will I find someone more amazing that you." I hold his cheeks and he smiles at me. He nods gently keeping my hand on his face.

"How do we stop this," Hannah says, leaning on the corner of the granite counter tops. I shrug, and that the truth. I genuinely don't know how to take this man down. All I know is that he is messing with my family and the people I love. And, I'm not happy.

"What if we get a bunch of people to ban together and report him," Minho suggests.

"No Offense, that will take too long, and with how big he is in the media that will do nothing,"

"I agree with Hannah on this one. It's gonna take a lot to stop him and stop the rumors. We need to stop them before they get too far."

"Yeah but how? There's nothing we can do-" Minho says worried

"Yes there is, I have an idea but you're not gonna like it Chan-" I adjust me gaze over to Hannah.

"What is that supposed to mean?" I say concerned.

"It means exactly what I said Chris. Do you want to hear it or not," She said, sounding more irritated by the lack of understatement.

Minho scoffs and tells her to chill to which she just sticks her tongue out at him. He scowls.

"Speak," is all I said and she starts.

"So, Jun-ho is making rumors about you two dating right? So, what if you make the press believe that..."

"What do you mean," Minho says while cocking his head to the side.

"I mean, Have Chan pretend he is with Jun-ho and get close enough to him to where he can expose his ass and shut him down. We can do one of two things: One, say that he is harassing his employees or Two, we could just fake it and say eh is abusing you Chan-"

"Hannah, no to the second idea. We'll get in worse trouble with that. The first Idea doesn't sound bad though. If I was able to "date" Jun-ho and I would get recording of him and what he says. We could expose him and his company and shut him down."

"Chan no!" Minho yells. I turn to him.

"Why? Minho this is what he need to stop him!" I yelled.

"But what about me," I hear Hannah say "what about you" under her breathe but I chose to ignore her remarks for now. "Chan what is something happens to us?"

"Nothing will happen to us, I'm not actually breaking up with you, I am fake dating. Minho we have to do this."

"But, we don't, We coul- we can figure out something else," he fights back.

"We're running out of time, it'll only be so long before everyone starts finding out," Hannah says pushing herself off of the counter, she walks over to him.

"Listen, I know you don't like me anymore and you ave ever reason to, But this is not about us and you not wanting to go with my plan. This is about you and Chan. Of we don't do something now, you might not have Chan in the end. Do you really want that?" Minho looks worried and a tear streams from his face. The thought of losing someone is the worst feeling anyone could ever have.

"So, if you don't want Chan to actually leave we have to do this please. For Chan!" She says holding his shoulders. I watch as Minho takes a deep breathe in and out a few times. I could just tell how fast his mind if running right now and how much he was overwhelmed.

"Fine, for Chan and Chan only. You have to fix this thought please." He looks at me and I look back and him. I give him a confident smile.

"Trust me, I don't plan on losing"
