As soon as I send the message I get an incoming call.
"Hello beautiful" I said in bit of a tired voice (which if you asked Bella she is hot but I don't hear it)
"Oh my god," she whisper yelled, "did I wake you up?"
"No," she sighed in relief, "I've been up."
"What have you been up doing?" She questioned me.
"Thinking of you..." she gave me a look, "No I've actually just been scrolling through TikTok."
She nodded in response and then started fidgeting with something out of frame.
"Have you ever like I don't know, thought about what your life might be like if they find a cure to whatever it is you have?" I asked a bit randomly.
"No, not really. I mean I've never really thought could find a cure."
"Really never?" She shrugs "not even as like a hypothetical thing" she shakes her head "here we could make one right now."
"What do you mean?" she asked not following given the time.
"Me and you," I pointed to myself and then her "make a hypothetical scenario that they miraculously found some way to cure your cancer. What would you do?"
She thought for a while. Then her eyes lit up.
"I guess I'd go to college," I nod signaling for her to continue, "maybe we could go to the same college."
I smile at the thought of going to college together.
"Maybe after we graduate we could move in to together. And then eventually get married......" she trailed off and yawned.
"I'd like that." I drift off and hear her giggle most likely about some screenshot she took of me resting my eyes.
"You better not post that," I tell her opening my eye to check the time.
Seeing that it was already 1:30am my eyes widened.
"What," she gives me a confused look.
"Nothing we've just been on here a while." She looks up at what I assume is the time on her phone.
"Oh yea we have been." I could tell my the way she was talking that she was tired.
"Are you tired?" She nods, "same."
"Okay, well do you want me to hang up so you can sleep." I immediately shake my head No at the thought of hanging up.
"No, I just wanna sleep with you on here." She smiles.
"Your wish is my command." I giggle at her words watching her drift off. Once she was asleep I took a FaceTime photo and posted it on Instagram. Captioning it 'My girl 💕' and tagging her. Before putting my phone on the charger and going to sleep myself.
A/n this was supposed to be out the other day but my internet was bugging so 🤷♀️
