Backstory-
You were left at there door set when you were only a baby and they took you in. You are adult and are married. You do not have any kids. You found out he was cheating, when it was your 3rd anniversary and went to surprise him at work but you saw them making out with someone in there office and just left. When you got home you packed a bag and left a note on the counter, taking a cab and walking to parents house but on your way there it started to rain and now you were at there door step soaking wet about to knock on the door
Storytime-
Y/n POV-
I was holding my suitcase in my hand, getting ready to knock with my other but before I could it was already opening and I see my dad the mayor "hey dad" I gave a sad smile and small wave but his big smile went in to frown "y/n, what happened?" He said in a low tone "I'll explain but can I please come in..." He step to his side not looking at me but I could tell he was worried "syntax are daughter is here and I think it important if you come here" you saw your other dad walk down the stairs in some of his science equipment
When he got his goggles off. He look at you up and down "Mayor can you get some tea and a hot bath ready" syntax said in a serious voice "right away dear" syntax put his hand on your forehead "you don't have a temperature...now why were you out side in the rain and..." He look a your eyes that were a tiny bit red and puffy "why were you crying?" You tried to keep a smile up but completely broke "I don't know, what I did for him to-" you hug your syntax trying to calm down but he wasn't really prepared for this "how about we just sit down"
You guys sat down and mayor came out with some tea "now, what's going on?" Syntax ask, you explained everything and we're trying to hold your tears back but we're failing. Syntax tried to calm you down as for mayor he went to handle some business...
