Some reindeer in a coat of blue as deep as the icy sea
Others in a delicate tint of pink as pretty as it can be
Teddy polar bears gather around the biggest pine tree
The caramel-coloured alpaca in his striped scarf baas in glee
Some radical penguins dash down the hill as they ski
Another on her snowboard makes four calling birds flee
Near the rosy berries that grow on bushes in groups,
The entrance of the castle is guarded by two snowtroops
With her glistening tiara as vibrant as her splendid nail art
And her necklace with an emerald in the shape of a heart,
The fair queen is blessed in the throne room of her palace,
Taking a sip of white hot chocolate from her little chalice
Beyond the times a damsel was drenched in distress,
She remains as graceful as a sugar plum princess
There is one thing that was missing from the severity though
And that would perhaps be a tender kiss under the mistletoe
With a beating heart so big and a frosted face so cute,
An owl swoops down from the window with a hoot
A small parcel in his talons awaits the queen's hands
It must be from the other side of the frosted land
Where a few snow leopards stick together as a pack
And petals of the newest poinsettias are coal-black
Attached to its string is a note written in navy blue ink
Both the message and the present made her face beam in pink
"As I solemnly present you with this glistening ring,
Will you make me your one and only king?"
For the moment, the queen did not know what to say
Was this really happening just before Christmas Day?
After six years of her love for him, she was blessed
Right after bellowing out in sweet delight, "Yes!"
The owl was starstruck as the queen took the white gold ring
And slid it on her finger as something more than just bling
And as beautiful as the land is full of ice and snow,
Above the ice queen's palace is where the northern lights glow
The grand tree's lights shine along with many stars
The ice queen and her dearest have made it this far
A holy matrimony awaits the two very soon
Two hearts beat in hope under the crescent moon
Two turtle doves and a partridge in a sky-blue pear tree
Bid a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year to thee
