"So what was Darkrise clan even like? Haunted?" Honeybee asked curiously.

"Not good, for sure." Luna responded for her.

"We all know that." Tiger mumbled.

"It was the worst. They made me do all their work, and never did anything themselves!" Haunted told the three young cats.

"There has to be a way to free Smoky from them." Ginger thought.

"Alright, stop bothering Haunted, guys." Glacier looked at Luna and Honeybee.

"But we want to know everything!" Honeybee replied.

"It's fine, Glacier." Haunted told him, calmly. "But you guys don't want to know how mean Storm was. Mystery was okay, just annoying sometimes. Hawk was the one that trained me in the ways of Darkrise clan. He was a know-it-all."

Smoky sat and listened, she seemed half-asleep. That cat always looked tired nowadays.

If Glacier had to be honest, he didn't feel very close with Smoky anymore. It was a bit sad that the whole 'quest cats' thing wasn't what it used to be. He just sat and listened to Haunted as Smoky fell asleep, and Ginger was wide awake, listening closely.

"Maybe get Smoky to a separate den so that lazy cat can sleep in peace." Luna joked.

"What did you say?" Smoky hissed.

"You shouldn't talk about Smoky like that." Ginger laughed.

"You'd better not." Smoky laid down, but it sounded like she refused to sleep.

"I think Glacier looks tired, too, actually. You know what, all of you just need to go to sleep." Ginger told them as she stood up. "I'll guard the base since I'm not tired yet."

"Alright." Luna sounded ready to go to sleep. She stood up and stretched.

"I'm not tired!" Honeybee argued but left the den anyways.

Glacier knew that Haunted probably wouldn't be able to sleep after what happened to her clan. He felt a little bad for her.

Glacier opened his eyes and saw the bright morning sunlight shining into the den. He stretched and walked outside. He blinked and tried to look away from the sun that was shining in his eyes.

"Glacier, you're always up late!" Smoky exclaimed.

"Yep. Great way to be greeted when I wake up." Glacier joked.

"Well, all the others are out hunting for food already. Guess you have to wait for Ginger to come back if you don't want to deal with me." Smoky walked away.

Glacier didn't know what to say to that. It wasn't like he didn't want to be in the same base as Smoky. She just didn't seem to care about anyone after they found the Sunflare cats.

Glacier just sat by the camp entrance because he didn't know what else to do. Smoky didn't want to talk to him.
