The next day, everyone woke up in the realization Y/n is the host. Will explained it to Five but the next day Y/n seems to be normal, Five observed Y/n, they go meet the party and so far nothing was wrong to her that day, she can speak well and everything but the next day of it she was back to insanity, she was out of focus and sweating and then the next day she was back to normal. They observed it first before doing an action but however, one way or another Y/n is a host and they have to save her. There were no explanations about why her condition is switching but as of now she's normal they hang out with her. Five put away the discussion about Jane Hopper for a moment since there were no instructions yet and he can't stop thinking about what Y/n said that he should have patience with her. As of today, Y/n went to the Wheeler's basement to see no one was there, she continue to go down as she saw a designed shoe box on top of the small center table. It was her pictures, and some pictures with Mike and the party and bunch of letters written for her. She looked at them and smiled as Mike came out from the bathroom.
"What are you doing here?!" Mike asked as she pushed Y/n. "Get out of here!" Y/n didn't say a word and looked at the shoebox. "Letters, are those for me?" she asked.
"None of your business! Plus, what are you doing here, I don't want you here!" Mike said as Mike felt something was wrong and he realized Y/n has no feelings, he know he was a host but everything was so strange with her. She went out the Wheeler's and Mike was so weirded out with Y/n's actions and now Y/n is going to Billy. As the party planned something for Y/n they know there's a part of her that was controlling her like Will and now, they're going to do the same, with the help of Joyce.
The party gathered up as Y/n was back in the Wheeler's house Five took her and blinked to the basement, they tied her in the chair immediately.
"What is this?" Y/n asked as she shout, "WHAT IS THIS?" They turned on the light as there were no air in the basement. "I want it cold, please! Please! It's so hot!"
"No! It wants it cold! Let go of me! LET GO NOW! It's almost time! I need to go home! I NEED TO GO HOME!"
"THIS! THIS IS YOUR HOME! I'm Mike! I'm Mike Wheeler, Y/n and I did not forget any of our memories together. Look!" Mike said as he took the box, "This is- was us! We used to be close, hold tight okay? I- I love you!" Five looked away in jealousy as Five went upstairs thinking some solution to get her "sister" back to normal in this cursed town. While they were downstairs, Y/n tries to blink but she can't and she tries to use the tiniest of her energy and as it's happening it's slowly working and she blinked. Everyone panicked as its the time to search for her but also the time to end the mind flayer.
