I really wonder if magic is real? Science is one thing that I believe that is closest to magic but I can't seem to accept that. I know this might be just me being "Chunnibyou" because I'm still in Junior High School, but I still wanted to know what...
"And that's what Aladdin wishes for. Oh, It looks like the time is already late."
"Aww, Can you read it a bit more, mom? I'm still curious!"
"We will continue the story tomorrow, dear. For now, you need to go to sleep. You said tomorrow there is something in school right?"
"But-"
"No buts, If you go to sleep early, Mom will make a delicious breakfast tomorrow"
"Really?!"
"With a little bit of magic, of course~"
"Yaayyy, Good Night, Mom!"
"Good Night Sweetie."
That was the least I could remember. From there, My curiosity and interest in Magic are increasing. I always wanted to know if I could fly with a broom, Teleport to other places, change my uniform instantly, and many more. But all of those were shattered when I knew the truth. Magic does not exist in this world.
Or so I thought. You see, I knew the truth when I was in 5th grade. When that happened, All I could think was my parents were lying to me about those fairy tales. But in reality, I'm the one who didn't know that was just a fantasy. At that time, I was so childish that I didn't want to eat for almost 2 days until I finally get out by myself because my stomach was screaming in pain. At that time, I somehow manage to continue my normal life afterwards.
When I was 6th grade, I suddenly have the urge to read more and more magic stories. That was the time when my dad bought me a really large bookshelf and bring me to the famous bookstore in my prefecture. It was very massive and I had a really long time looking for some series that I wanted to bought. A few days before we are going there, I already listed everything that I want. So, I just happened to offer it to the staff there and she will lead us to where it is.
I was so happy that I could bought almost all of my lists. Though some of them are out of stock or the Author of that book happen to be busy to release it again. But maybe sometime in the near future I will bought it online or somewhere. Anyway, when I get home, Those stacks and stacks of books are piled up into my room and I had a really hard time putting it into my new bookshelf.
It took me 2 hours to finally organize all of them which I could say is pretty long. When it was Winter Holiday, I didn't want to get out of my room. When my friends already have someone or you could say crush to go on Christmas Eve, Me, on the other hand, is still pilling up in the blanket while reading all of my books one after another.
Of course, I also got out of my room when my Family finally celebrates Christmas with my Grandparents, Auntie, Uncle, and other people even my neighbors are here. That's because my house has a yard in it so it could fit many people in it. My parents were also very socializing with each and individual of the neighbors here so it is pretty lively.
Tomorrow morning, I was so sleepy because I went to bed too late. But that's fine because it is still holiday. Though, I keep on sleeping until the sun is literally above my head. At that time, I was really felt so lazy that what I did is just took a book, finish it, and put it again. That's basically it. I even forgot that I need to eat. At the end of the day, my parents take me to a family dinner restaurant to eat whatever I want.
A few days after the holiday over, I finally finished my book collections. It was a really long time but the way they explained magic in those books are fantastic. Now, even though I know magic is not exists in this world, I kinda understand how magic works. Every time I get back from school, I kept practicing those magic words until I really remember them. I kept on talking in my class that my classmate and friends think that I'm weird. Well, I do think so too.
Fast forward to where I'm currently is, I'm actually already in Junior High School even though I'm still in 2nd grade but it's fine. I can already think straight and know what's the truth and what not. I'm currently finishing my day as I progressed on my assignment. I bring it over to the teacher's room that I put it onto my teacher's desk.
"Thanks for usually taking it to my desk, Hoshino-san."
"It's fine! I'm glad to help"
"You can go home now. Make sure to go straight to your home, okay?"
"Of course, Thank you Kitamura-sensei!"

By the way, I already telling you my past but yet I haven't introduce myself. My name is Hoshino Kanna. Currently, I am 13 years old and this month I actually will be 14. I really look forward to what gifts that my parents will gave it to me but I think I wasn't supposed to expecting it?? Hehe. Anyway, Last time I measure my height and it was actually 150. Kinda normal for a growing girl like me. My weight ... I don't want to talk about it. Thus, my 3 sizes are 85-57-82cm.
Anyway, I usually take trains between my school and my house. It is really inconvenient but I guess I'll take it. This is one of the reason why I want magic to exist in this world. If only I could teleport instantly between my house and my school, I didn't even have to eat in school canteen. I could just go home and instantly went back to school. Well, reality doesn't seem to be that way.
When I finally arrived at my station, I went out of the train and wanted to decide that I wanted to go to a different way. I kinda tired of going the same way everyday, so why not trying a new one. Thus, I went left where I never usually did and following the path to where I believe is the way to my house.
But unfortunately, I think I am lost. Because I suddenly found myself at the park where I didn't know what park and where this is. It's so lonely and silent that I thought that I was in the horror movie. So to follow my instinct, I quickly head towards the way where I've been and suddenly, The streetlight began to shut down immediately. I jumped as I was so scared to what just happened. I thought that it was a blackout but when I saw some of the buildings far away from here, it is still turn on.
My heartbeat began to beating so fast that I am so scared to what will happened next. When I was about to take another step, the Water Fountain in the middle of that park suddenly turned on. It let out water but it suddenly changed into a different kind of water. From blue, it turned into a Dark Blue and then purple. I didn't know what is happening but that sure is magical.
When I was trying to take a good look at it, I got blasted away from it and my consciousness began to fade away. But before I passed out, I saw 2 figure that is standing at the park. I forgot the other one but the one that is closer to me, her hair is what I believe is blonde and wearing some kind of cloak. I really wanted to know what happened next but unfortunately, my fragile being cannot contain the pain that instantly blasted towards me.
