The strange world

Y/n pov
As I wake up I head down stairs to see that my mother hasn't returned yet from her trip. She said that she would be back yesterday I'm starting to worry if something happened. I know my mom she is tough what ever is going on I sure she will be ok. I walk over to the cabinet and take out some pancakes mix and start to make some. As I finish making my I see that I still have pancakes mix in the bowl so I go ahead and make more. There was just enough to make three pancakes. I get my pancakes and set them down on the table leaving the other ones of the counter. As I walk to the fridge and take out the orange juice I hear the door open. Setting the OJ on the table I see my mom walk into the kitchen.

"Something smells good" Callisto says.
"I made pancakes I had some batter left over so there is some if ur hungry." I say and I place my cup on the table after pouring some OJ in it.
As my mom sets down I can tell by the look on her face that there is something she needs to tell me.
"Mom what wrong I can tell there is something on ur mind." I say while I start to eat.
"U know me to well kid there is something I need to tell u." She says as she starts to eat to.
"What is it?" I ask. I ready know what it's going to be. She leaving again.
"I have to leave again." She says as she finishes her pancakes.
I knew it I wonder if she will let me go this time. Ha as if she has train me to fight and I can handle myself so I don't get why she just won't let me go.
"Where to now and how long are u going to be gone for?" I ask as I place my plate in the sink.
"I can't really say where because in truth I have no idea myself and no clue of long I will be gone for."
She says looking at me.
"I already know what your going to say but can I please go with u."
"Kid u I would if I knew what we were getting ourself into."
Sighing I ask "When do u leave."
"Tonight but why don't we got do something have some fun before we go." She says trying to cheer me up.
"Ok." I say already planning on how I'm going to sneak in. She doesn't trust me but I will show her she is wrong about that.

Later that night
As my mom heads to the flying thing after saying good bye to me I sneak onto the ship. I am hiding as I feel the ship take of. I few minutes later I feel up land somewhere. As I look out the window I see that we are on a farm and my mother is talking to someone. I know where we are. We are at the Clare's farm. I see her talking to them and go back to were I was hiding as I hear some one walk in. A bit later I feel us start to take of again. I hear some coming to the place where I am I slowly start to back up watch the shadow of the person. My back hits someone making both of us jump and I ended up knocking something over. The shadow of the person disappears and I see that it's Caspian.
"Heyyy Caspian it's been awhile since I have seen u. Speaking of seeing can we pretend u didn't see me or..." I say then looking over to see who is standing next to me. I see it's the clade kid.
"Or Ethan lets just pretend u didn't see us that's cool right" I ask with a smile hoping he would says yes.
"I would y/n but ur mom had a feeling u would sneak on so she sent me to come find u. I didn't expect to find the clade kid." He says while walking over to us and talking us by the shoulder.
"Let's just go up and see ur mom she won't be to mad maybe." He says as we start to walk up to where my mom is. As we get to the control room mom friend turns and see us.
"I take them from here." She says as she takes us by the arm and drags us outside.
"She said he is on our ship and we'll he isn't the only one that shouldn't be here." She says as she looks at me.
"Hey mom." We both say at the same time. Well he looks at his mom and I look at mine. I can already tell I'm in trouble and from the looks of it he might be to.
"Ethan?" Searcher says looking at him.
"Oh hey dad" Ethan says as mom's friend lets go of us.
"U brought the dog?" He ask as the dog licks his face. Some how I missed that part where the dog was with him I really need to pay more attention.
"What are u doing here?" He ask Ethan
"I want to know the same thing"my moms says as she looks at me very disappointed.
"I just wanted to help." I say
"Me to." I hear Ethan say as the dog is handed back to him.
"I needed u to take care of the farm while I'm gone." Searcher says.
"Now please go home with mom."
"Wait but dad" Ethan starts to say but then the ship jerks making us almost fall off. These wired creatures start to come out of know where and attack the ship.
"Dad what are those?" Ethan ask while I'm thinking that same thing.
"Head inside I got this." My moms says I start to head inside with them because I don't really need to get myself in more trouble. As we all start to head to the door one of those creatures land in front of us blocking the door.
"Hey razor face come and get me." My mom says as she hits her knife together making noise. I see her jump into the control room and tell the guy to get us out of here but one of the things takes him and well eats him. But as he gets drag out his foot hits something suddenly making us start to fly straight down. We fall back against the railing. I some how manage to get smash by the two clade and their dog as they land pretty much on top of me. I see meridian start to fly down in front of the ship. As she yells at us to hold on the dog suddenly slips out of Ethan's hand and starts to fly upwards. As Ethan yells the dogs name his father starts to go after him and manages to get the dog and hold on to the side of the ship. Meridian gets into the room and starts to try and land us with crashing. Me and Ethan are holding on for dear life trying to to fly off. We go through something that knocks searcher off of the ship. As Ethan yells for his dad we continue to fly trying not to crash. We are flying through some things I'm not really sure what they are but we hit them making me and Ethan fall to the ground. Me and Ethan and sliding all around the front of the ship hitting each other while trying to stop our self. We finally stop right before we go off of a cliff and Ethan slid right into me as we stop elbowing me in the side. That's going to leave a bruise along with the ones from being smashed.
"Sorry" he says while putting his hand out to help me up. "It's fine it wasn't ur fault." I say as I take his hand and stand up. Looking over the edge i see the strange world we just somehow got into.
"This is amazing" Ethan says turning to look at me.
"Yea it really is." I say turning to look at him.
We walk off of the ship while the other are checking the ship's damage.
"So uhh u know who I am?" He ask trying to break the silence between us.
"Yes everyone knows who u are ur a clade remember." I say looking at him.
"Oh right of course but uhh I'm not going to lie I don't know ur name or really who u are." He says while rubbing that back of his neck.
"I'm y/n Callisto kid." I say not surprise he doesn't really know who I am.
"Oh wait if ur the mayor kid why don't I hear about u more often?" He ask.
"I don't really like being in the spot light so I tend to stay out of it as much as I can but really u would be surprised about the amount of times that people don't remember who I am." I say looking back to my mom as she start to talk. They start to talk about getting the ship up and running again and I can tell Ethan is just wanting to find his dad.
"Honey why do u go hangout in the cockpit." I hear meridian say.
"U to y/n." My mom says while looking over to me.
She looks back to Ethan telling him that they will find his dad before walking off. Mom's friend tell Caspian to watch me and Ethan and make sure we don't get our self hurt. He starts to head into the ship while me and Ethan follow behind him. Looking behind us and see that the others a busy and i garb his shoulders stopping him from walking I lean in a bit.
"Want to go find ur dad" I whisper to him so Caspian doesn't hear us but he is still taking about how much fun we can have.
"How?" He ask looking at me
"We can take one one of the bikes the other are to busy to notice us and I give us about maybe 5 minutes if that to get out of here before Caspian realizes that we are not behind him."
"Ok let go then"he says as we start to sneak to the bikes.
