Meeting the blob

As we make it to the bike I get on and he gets on right behind me.
"Hang on tight we got to get out of here fast before someone see us."I whisper to him.
He just nodded and grab onto the bike and I take off. Like I told him we are going to go fast I meant it as we fly away from there he almost falls off but managed to stay on. As we get further away from the ship and closer to we're his dad fell off he start to yell for him. As we are flying through well whatever this stuff is he says
"You were right this thing goes pretty fast"
"it goes faster then this." I say starting to go faster.
"I have to get me one of these." He says while laughing and I start to laugh with him. As we go through this jungle type thing I start to slow down so we don't hit something. I'm a good driver just not that good. These creatures start to swing from tree to tree distracting both of us. As I turn back to where we are going I see that we are about to good off of a cliff.
"Whoa hang on" I say trying to stop before going over the cliff or flying off. We turn just in time and stop right at the edge of the cliff. Both of us sighing in relief as we didn't go off of the edge.
"Whoa" we both say at the same time looking over at the view.
"A vast undiscovered wilderness filled with fantastic creatures this is just like primal outpost." He says sounding excited. Suddenly the ground we are on starts to move looking down realizing that we are on some creature that was obviously trying to get us off. Trying to get off we ended up just falling and rolling off of the thing. We both end up landing in the hole somehow not landing on each other. Which that I'm glad we didn't I already have a few bruise on my side and I'm pretty sure we are both going to have bruising from landing on some weird thing then bouncing on the ground where he lands on his back while me being the unlucky one and lands on my front. I roll over on to my back groaning and the thing that we just rolled off of fly away with our bike.
"Ok this is nothing like primal outpost." He say as I laugh a bit.
"Come on we should get out of here we have no idea what might come and attack us next." I say putting my hand out for him to take.
"Yea we probably should." He says as he takes my hand and I pull him up. Looking around we both see that there is no way we are climb back up there.
"Look we could trying going through the cave." I say pointing over to the cave that has something glowing blue from the inside.
"That looks like our only choice for us to escape." He says as we start to walk over the cave entrance. Looking into the cave we see some mushroom that is  glowing blue. He then pulls out a card from the primal outpost game that says the EXPLORER on it.
"We got this he says" looking over at me sounding confident in both of us "right?"
"Yea we got this nothing to worry about" I say trying to make both of us feel better about going into the cave where we have no idea what is waiting inside for us. Looking at each other both had that same idea. We both run in yelling with hope that if something in there maybe we could scare it off. We both run until we need to stop and catch our breath.
"We did it" I say laughing a bit while looking over to him.
"We are alive"he says laughing a bit to while looking at me.
He start to mumble something about someone named diazo and about what he did this weekend. I quietly laughed a bit to myself realizing he is trying to figure out how to impress someone.
"So who is diazo" I ask catching up to him
"Uhh well" he starts before we hear something making us both stop walking.
"U heard that to right." He ask making sure he wasn't hearing things.
"Yea I wonder what it was" I say looking to see if I can see where the noise came from.
We hear the noise again and then we see a shadow of something climb up Ethan back. He freezes as I jump back and see a blue blob. Ethan slowly turns his head and the screams and starts to run around. Trying to get the thing off of him he falls and rolls over onto his back smashing the thing into the ground. He start to throw himself down on to the ground trying to get the thing to let go. It starts to rap it's arm think around him covering his mouth he gets off of the ground and somehow throw that thing off of him. It slow fall to the ground and doesn't move for a second.
"Did u kill it?" I ask holding a rock I pick up while he was wrestling with the blob but then it start to move around. "Never mind" I say as it gets up and starts to make noise again like it was talking to us.
"That is weird but also kind of cool" he say taking a closer look at the thing as I drop the rock back to the ground since it seems to be no threat.
"Yea it is I have never seen anything like this it's amazing " I say looking closer at the thing.
"Hey buddy" I say slowly moving closer to the creature. It start to back up clearly being scared.
"It's ok we are friendly" I say as it tilts it head or at least it looks like it would be its head.
"We are friends we don't want to hurt u." Ethan say as he put his hand out to it. It also puts it hand out and slowly moves it turns him but then it slaps him in that face. I cover my mouth muffling my laughter.
"Ow" he says holding his face which just makes me struggle to cover my laughing. Ethan just looks at me annoyed that he was just slap. I can't take it anymore and I start laughing really hard. I try to apologize for laughing but I'm laughing way to much to even get the words out. The thing makes a noise like it was proud of itself for hitting him.
"Yea I guess I deserved that I did splat u into a wall." He say laughing a bit to. I finally stop laughing and Ethan looks at me and says
"Glad that u found that funny." Sarcasm clearly in his voice.
"Sorry I just didn't expect that to happen it caught me off guard." I say once again laughing a bit.
"I didn't either." He say laughing a bit to. The thing them pulls something from behind a root looking thing. It s handkerchief.
"Hey that my dads. Where did u get that." He ask.
The thing moves the handkerchief to it other hand or whatever the thing is and squeaks out something in which we cannot under stand.
"Can u take us to him?" He ask in hope this thing will take us to him. He makes his finger walk across his hand as he says that and the thing puts the handkerchief around it's head and starts to walk off. It start to run off and we both take that as a sign and start to follow that thing.
"We are lucky we found this thing huh." I say running next to him.
"U don't think it's dangerous right ur not dangerous right?" I ask looking at Ethan then back at the blob. Starting to regret dropping the rock.
"It doesn't look dangerous but we should be careful just in case." He says as we continue to follow the thing.
