Demi's POV

We had been asleep for a few hours when Jessica started crying I sat up and looked over and saw that she was still asleep so I got up and went over to her rubbing her back

Demi: shh Jess it's okay, your safe

She finally opened her eyes and started crying again so I pulled her on my lap and held her

Demi: it's okay baby I'm right here, What was it about

Jessica: I don't want to talk about it

Demi: I can't help you if you don't tell me

Jessica: Demi please

Demi: Jess I'm here to help you but you know I can't unless you talk to me

Jessica sat there for a few minuets and looked down I had a feeling she wanted to tell me but was scared too

Jessica nodded

Demi: was it about something that has been happening

Jessica: yes

Demi: was it about Maddie?

Jessica: No

Demi: was it about mom and Eddie

Jessica: no

Demi: was it about dad

Jessica: yes

Demi: baby listen to me, dad can't get to you anymore okay you are safe with me

Jessica: they will make me go back with him

Demi: no baby they won't

Jessica: they did though Demi, they knew what dad was doing to you and I but once you were old enough and you didn't have to go back they made me

Demi: I'm going to figure out how that even happened

Jessica: what would it matter it won't change anything

Demi: it could

Jessica: no it won't they knew what he did to you and they still made me go back, I told them all what he was doing and no one listened to me

Demi: what do you mean by they knew what he did to me

Jessica: I know he would take you into his room

Demi: how do you know that

Jessica: he told me, said I looked just like you acted just like you too

I didn't know what else to say to her so I pulled her on my lap and just held her she was crying and I started crying. I can't believe that she would be sent back there and that he would start doing that to her. As we sat there I started thinking of questions I needed to ask her

Demi: Jess?

Jessica: hmmm

Demi: who did you tell

Jessica: mom

Demi: she didn't believe you did she

Jessica: no she said it was attention seeking

Demi: did you tell anyone else?

Jessica: I started to tell Dallas but Maddie needed her so I stopped trying to tell anyone after that

Demi: why didn't you try to tell me baby

Jessica: there's a lot I never told you Demi

Demi: I know but you listen to me, from now on you and I don't keep secrets from each other understand?
