Liliana waited in front of her house, dressed up in the best clothes she had. She needed to make a good first impression, or else she'd go under in the sea of judgment. And she really didn't want that.

It was a loud roar of an engine that pulled her out of her thoughts, and she looked up, seeing a familiar blue Camaro parked in front of her house. With a smile, she walked over and greeted Billy through the closed window before going over to the passenger seat. She took a seat, closing the door before she turned to the back. "Hey, Maxine." She gave the redhead a wide smile and Max only looked at her with wide eyes, mouth open. "Liliana?" She said, a smile spreading over her face. Of course, Max knew Liliana. The few times that Billy and Liliana had hung out in the past, Neil had always told Billy to take Max along. "Yeah." She laughed and Max seemed to beam with happiness. She had only good memories of the raven-haired.

"Hey." She finally turned to Billy, giving him a smile. "Hey." A smile spread over his face before he started to drive, music silently playing in the back as he tapped his fingers on the steering wheel. "The cake from yesterday was pretty good, not going to lie." Liliana laughed as she patted her stomach, and Billy shook his head with a smile. "Susan is a good baker. Don't tell her I said that." The last part was directed to Max, and the redhead nodded.

It didn't take them long to get to school, and Billy's car turned every head to them. "You're quite famous here, aren't you?" Liliana said as she got out of the car, feeling everyone eyeing her with jealousy. She gulped. Maybe it wasn't such a smart idea to come to school with Billy. "Yeah, you could say so." Billy let his hand come up to his neck, scratching it, before he locked his car. "I could show you around if you'd like." Billy offered as he watched Max skate off. "I'm not sure..." She said with a nervous chuckle as she looked around. "The looks we'd be getting, and the rumors that'd spread." She tried to reason with him, but he only raised his eyebrows. "Well, that'd happen anyway, if we're honest." He stated as he leaned against his car. "Or, rather, is already happening." He said, as he also took a good look around, seeing everyone staring at them.

Liliana sighed before she agreed, following the blonde inside the school. While they walked, she rummaged through her bag, looking for her schedule. When she finally found the crumpled piece of paper, she showed it to him. "You're in my class for the first class." He smiled, offering to take her bag, and she was glad he did. Her bag was a different kind of heavy. Together they walked to class, and Liliana tried to ignore the looks as good as she could.

Class was boring. That was a fact. Liliana loved history, though she didn't love the monotone voice of her teacher, which seemed to sing her into a slumber. She couldn't help but fall asleep at the boringness of his voice, and Billy made sure to look over her to make sure she didn't get caught. Liliana rubbed the tiredness out of her eyes, following Billy to the next class. The girl was rather lucky to have Billy with her because she didn't know where her next class was either.

The next class, they didn't have together, so Liliana was on her own. It didn't take long for a girl to come up to her, her hair platin blonde and the skirt was for sure not for the schools dresscode. "I heard you came here with Billy today." Her voice sounded agonizing to the human ear, and Liliana was already annoyed by the rude tone of her voice. "So what?" Liliana said back, with a smile as sharp as a thousand knifes. The girl gulped, but kept otherwise her composure. "Well, you should know Billy and I are a thing..." She didn't sound confident about her own words, and Liliana's smile grew even more. "Is that so?" "Yes!" She snapped, and Liliana had to laugh a little bit. "Well, he never mentioned you." "Well, he will!" And with that, the blonde stomped off and Liliana sighed. Who knew the boy with a blonde mullet would get her in this kind of trouble already?

When lunch came, Billy waited in front of Liliana's class, to of course, only show her around school. He couldn't help but grin when he saw the brunette, but that smile faded pretty quickly at the sight of her face. She definetly did not seem happy to see him waiting in front of the class. "What's wrong?" He asked as she walked past him, him following after her. "Who would've knew you'd be such trouble for me, blondie?" Liliana laughed a bit, though her words were laced with seriousness. "What do you mean?" He asked, genuinely confused as to what she was talking about. "I mean, I can see that you've grown up quite well, so do the other people here." She explained. "Though they never knew middle school you, Billy." She smiled a bit, knowing she had an advantagement towards the other people here. She knew the blonde like the back of her hand. "Stop talking around and get to the point please." Blly didn't like when his past is mentioned, and Liliana knew that. "Well there was this girl, let's just call her Barbie, that mentioned you and her were a thing." She said as she turned to him, her eyes piercing into his. "I seriously do not know who you're talking about..." he stopped his sentence as he saw a girl walking up to him, and throwing herself around his neck. It was the girl he had blown off yesterday. Without a second thought he shoved her off of him.

"But Billy..." Her voice was trembling as the blonde stepped back. "WE are not a thing." He said, seriousness and anger in his voice as he looked coldly into the blue eyes of the blonde he couldn't even recall the name of. As she started to cry an explain the love she has for him he only watched as Liliana walked off with a shaking head.

Has this now runed the chance they had? Did Billy even have a chance in the first place?

He didn't know, but one thing he did know was to go after her and explain this whole situation.
