Chen Yu smiled, walking up to the Alpha whose eyes never left him ever since he saw him, "Long time no see.."

Gu Wei was speechless. He didn't expect to see the Omega here. He had no idea the man had some kind of relation with Xuan Lu or even Wang Yibo.

"Why... why are you here..?" He managed to sputter out even though he felt a clog in his throat as they made eye contact. He could see the younger's eyes getting watery and his own were too.

"Attending Lu Jiejie's birthday party and.." Chen Yu let out a deep breath he had been holding, "To see you.."

The senior couldn't utter out anymore words, as of his lips were super glued together, preventing him from speaking. His hands clenched into fists as his heart tightened the further the two stared at each other.

"Can we.. talk?"

Without thinking, Gu Wei nodded and the Omega released a smile, taking the older's hand, then dragged him over to the stairs to the upper area where it was less crowded since everyone was partying in the downstairs. He thought it would be a nice quiet area for them to talk things out.

Wang Yibo, Xiao Zhan and Xuan Lu stared in confusion at the two slowly disappearing out of the sight. They didn't know what was going on nor the relationship between both of them. The three took turns glancing at each other as if asking what was happening through their eyes, but none of them knew.

Therefore, the three just agreed to not speak about this and continue on with their night. They came here to have fun, not to think about certain topics. Xiao Zhan then quickly dragged his lover over to the big table filled with food and Yibo laughed at how excited his boyfriend was. He couldn't blame him either. Food was life.

"Should we go ahead and look for the others?" Yibo enquired, grabbing a piece of garlic bread off the plate full of them and took a bite.

"Just let them be. I prefer being alone with you."

The Omega got flustered, smiling from ear to ear. His boyfriend never missed a chance to flirt with him. It was amusing how automatically smiley he became when he was near the older.

"Punch?" Xiao Zhan glanced at him, holding a glass of punch he just poured in.

Yibo nodded, thanking him as he took the glass. His eyes wandered across the crowd of people before he spotted a particular someone.

"Fanxing?"

"What?" Xiao Zhan thought the younger was saying that name because he missed his new friend, but when he looked at the direction the other was looking, he found his eyes going wide, "That is Fanxing. And is that Peixin next to him?"

Yibo immediately got excited at the thought of seeing his new friend in person again, "Let's go!"

Meanwhile, Chen Yu and Gu Wei were now standing on a balcony at the upstairs with the Omega leaning over the railings, humming in pleasure as the breeze blew across his face and whole body. He loved the cold.

Gu Wei was beside him, eyes couldn't help themselves but stare at the man next to him. Seeing the man's face made his chest ache. The younger was so beautiful and he didn't think he would be seeing him after all these years.

The two stood in silence; however, it wasn't awkward. They were appreciating each other's presences. They didn't know how much time flew by, all they know was they were with each other.

"I miss you." Chen Yu suddenly exclaimed, opening his eyes and turned to his left, flustered when he noticed the older's eyes were already on him.

"I.." Gu Wei didn't have the courage to say it back. He didn't realize many years had long been gone since they separated.
