Angel

I called Tamonte and it went straight to voicemail like he declined. I decided to not think too much about it and go to sleep.

With my dad visiting yesterday and all that shit I had trouble going to sleep, I had this nightmare keep playing in my mind over and over. As I finally dosed off it started.

Angel's Nightmare

"NO DAD NO" I screamed, "shut up bitch" My dad demanded me as I was in the corner shielding myself from his hits. "Go clean the kitchen... GO" he demanded me as he stopped hitting me. I ran to the kitchen and started cleaning. I tried to remember why he was mad at me but I couldn't. As soon as I finished cleaning I went to my room.

The hallway got longer and the walls started closing in, I turned around and my dad was chasing me. I started running faster and faster, and when I turned around my dad morphed into a giant spider, I sprinted as the walls touched my arms and got to my room. I closed my door and locked it.

I got in my bed and drifted off to sleep until my dad ripped the door off, he was back to normal and no longer a spider. I shut my eyes tight hoping it would stop. He ripped the covers off of me and I just shut my eyes tighter and tighter, also biting my tongue, then I felt it "DAD NO!" I screamed.

Angel

I woke up, drenched in sweat and breathing heavily, I looked at my phone and it was almost 6:30. I decided to take a cold shower and get ready. I put on a baggy black hoodie with black sweatpants, I did not feel like going to school today but whatever. After I finished I woke up Rain and told him to get ready, I picked his clothes, A red shirt with black jeans and red and black dunks.

At 7 we got ready to go, Tamonte didn't need a ride so I just went straight to Rains school. As I pulled up to my school, I got out and went straight to my locker. "Oh my god, I don't think he knows" I heard people whisper as I walked past them. I looked at them but I say nothing, What is it I didn't know.

"Man I feel bad for you," A basketball player said as he put his hand on my shoulder. "Why?" I honestly asked. "Oh, you haven't found out? It's everywhere" he said as he walked away. I just shrugged and went to class before the tardy bell rang.

'FUCK' I thought as I walked through the hallways, apparently Kiara told her friend who told her friend who told her boyfriend who told the basketball team who told EVERYONE I slept with Kiara I hope Angel didn't find out.

As I walked into the class I looked at Angel, his skin is pale, he looks exhausted, and he was wearing all black, he definitely found out. I hesitantly sat next to him "Hey, how you doing bae" I asked him. "Horrible, I had a nightmare last night, I could barely sleep" he explained putting his head down.

I stopped looking at him and looked up at the people sitting in front of me, I don't know who they are but they had this disappointed look on their faces. I don't give a fuck I don't even know them.

Around 3rd Period, Angel's gym class, he called me. I answered and he started yelling, I could tell he was also crying. "HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO ME" I managed to make out. I couldn't even say anything so I just sat silently, a tear rolled down my face because I really hurt him, but I stopped because why am I crying? I'm the one in the wrong.

After he calmed down I started talking "I guess because I haven't gotten any in a long time. You stay not wanting to go all the way" "ok" was all he said then he hung up. I sat there silently for almost ten minutes until I got a call from Trinity. "Hello?" I answered. "Quick question... What the fuck is wrong with you?" she asked calmly "I-" she cut me off "I'm sitting here comforting your boyfriend because you cheated on him AND.. didn't even apologize" "I-" she cut me off again "Yea I heard that pathetic ass excuse, if he's not ready HE'S NOT READY!" she yelled the last part and hung up.

At the end of the day, I found Angel, "Babe I'm sorry-" "Ok" he cut me off. "Do you need a ride home?" He is still being nice after what I did, I really feel like an asshole now. "yea" I answered.

After picking up Rain he let rain get out first. "Look Angel, I'm sorry, it's just that-" he cut me off, why is everyone cutting me off "Yea I know I don't do it with you but you don't understand," He started crying "With everything that's been happening I don't feel comfortable with having sex." "I know but I still crave that sexual touch," I said, Angel, wiped his tears and looked at me, his face was red hot. "Get out my car," he said calmly. "No I just need SOMEONE to listen to me ok, everyone is assuming and cutting me off, just LISTEN," I said yelling the words someone, and listen. "just get out please," he said, starting to cry again.

"Here you go, always fucking crying. You don't care about nobody but yourself!" I spat at him "Oh I don't? I take care of an 8-year-old child day and night, cared enough for my OWN FUCKING RAPIST, that I almost didn't put him in jail, and I try and try to get better so I could finally give you what you wanted" He semi yelled. "I'm thinking and caring about everyone but myself but I am always getting mistreated so please, get out of my car" He finished. "I jus-" "GET THE FUCK OUT" He cut me off and yelled.

I did as he pleased, and I got out. Then I walked to the other side of the car and swung the door open, I pulled Angel out and pushed him onto the floor. He curled up into a ball shielding his face and stomach, It made me remember what he told me about his dad, but I couldn't stop "JUST... FUCKING.. LISTEN... TO... ME" I yelled, Punching him after every word. "NO PLEASE STOP.." Angel screamed, Then he screamed something that brought me back to reality. "DAD NO STOP PLEASE" I stood up straight and looked at him and my hands.

I left him and ran straight to my house and to the bathroom. I washed my hands and my face with cold water. I reminded Angel of his abusive dad. Why did I have to hit him? Tears rolled down my face. "I'm a horrible person," I said to myself in the mirror.
