You didn't pay attention for a moment and everyone disappeared all of a sudden. It seemed like you were in an apocalypse but in fact you were just in a game. A game of survival and death.

You sat against the wall, looking up at Chishiya who was leaning against the railing and looking at the other players.
Suddenly he started to grin and waved with his hand. You raised your eyebrow and looked to the right. Again you heard the boots of Aguni, he looked to your direction before heading the other way, followed by the other guy.
"It looks like everyone is going to die."
Your eyes went fast to Chishiya. Your heart stopped beating for a moment and you were close to throwing him of the building. He really didn't help at all.
"The game will start now.
The taggers are coming."
You leaned your head back against the wall, sighing loud. "Chishiya.. I'm scared.", you mumbled.
Everything was quiet for some seconds. You only heard your breath and maybe even your own heartbeat, but most likely you just imagined that.
Suddenly you heard the elevator, soon after that you heard steps. They were even heavier than those of Aguni. It was a tagger.
Your breath fastened. Your hands started shaking again and you felt tears coming up your eyes. Chishiya was the only reason in this moment that you didn't scream or run around like a dumb hen.
"Take deep breathes. He isn't on our floor."
Chishiya didn't look at you, he was watching someone from a different floor. You crawled to him, staying hidden. "You're not letting me die, right?"
You heard him chuckle, "Kuina wouldn't approve of that."
"Three minutes have passed."
You bit your lip. You enjoyed the silence after only for seconds before you heard gunshots.
You heard some guys screaming and them running down the stairs. Slowly you made yourself bigger, so you could see over the railing.
The man with the hat ran down a hallway while screaming, behind him was the tagger who wore a horse head. He pointed the gun and shot the man without hesitation.
The man with the glasses ran to the entrance, he ran out to the stairs and then a laser shot down through him, killing him. You sat fast back, swallowing the last saliva you had in your mouth.
"I'll kill you bastard!", you heard a young woman screaming. Shots were fired.
You continued to take deep breathes. "The tagger's vision is narrowed because of his mask.", Chishiya looked for a moment down to you.
