There will be characters who act nothing like their actual self such as Shibuki and Chishiya.
This also follow the shows story rather than the books. (Later on of course)
Example of plot divergence:
Chishiyas second game will not be 5 of spades but rather a 3 of spades, with you. Meaning that Arisu and Karube do not participate in the 5 of spades game until you and Chishiya finish the 3 of spades game, after you and Chishiya finish, the plot will continue on as normal. To sum it up, Chishiyas third game will be Arisu and Karubes 2nd game. Chota, Arisu, karube, and shibukis visa will be extended in this story to ensure that while reader is playing the game with Chishiya, they don't die.
