Crystal's P.O.V.
Hi ! I'm Crystal , I'm in 8th grade and I live with my mother and my sister in a town called Mystic Creek .
Now that you know a bit about me lets get to my story .
I am in math class sitting next to my best friends Bella and Mae . Just five more minutes until class is over !
Felicity fell asleep five minutes into the lesson .
Our teacher Mr.Oakshed is the most boring teacher EVER . Everyone falls asleep in his class at least 20,000,000 times in the year .
Suddenly I hear the P.A. system sound and then our principal say
" Students , teachers , please don't be alarmed we have received news from the local police department .
They ordered us to go on lockdown , we don't know the reason yet but please classes JK - grade 3 head to the schools basement , as for grades 4 - 8 head to the gym . Thank you . "
What could we be going on lockdown for ?
" Students please line up at the door . " Mr.Oakshed says .
I shake Mae
awake so she doesn't get in trouble .
" Wha ? - " she began .
" Lockdown . We have to line up . " I said and all three of us walked over to the door . "
The P.A. sounded again .
" EVERYONE GET TO YOUR PLACES ! HURRY THIS IS CODE ... NEVERMIND THAT JUST HURRY !!! " The principal sounded really worried and panicked .
Everyone ran into the hall and sprinted down the hall to the gym .
I was at the back of the crowd with my two friends .
My only thoughts .
1 . Run to the gym faster !
2 . What the hell is happening ?!?
