During a fight with Demons to free Amelia and Claire Novak from them, Castiel had taken back Jimmy Novak's body so he wouldn't take Claire.
And Sam had fed on Demon blood in front of everyone, which promptly led to Dean and Bobby Singer to lock him into a panic room in the basement of Bobby's home.
Sam was going through blood withdrawals, hallucinating, screaming, in agony.
I stood outside the panic room, looking in through the barred window to see Sam handcuffed to the cot of a bed, using magic to snap both of them open, freeing him.
Sam sat up in confusion. "Hello?" He stood, opening the door, but he didn't see me, because I didn't want to be seen. "Someone here?"
Sam hurried quietly out of the basement, upstairs, leaving.
I watched him go, waiting to make sure he was gone, closing the panic room door, locking it, making sure that every Devil's Trap inside was broken so that Dean and Bobby would think that it was Sam's Demon, Ruby, had been the one to let him out.

I stood on the dock that I had been the night I had killed Uriel, looking over the river front, leaning against the railing.
The streetlights flickered around me.
I turned to see Anna.
"What did you do?" Anna asked.
"You shouldn't have come, Anna," I told her.
"Why would you let out Sam Winchester?" Anna asked.
"Those were my orders," I answered.
"Orders?" Anna repeated. "Tavia, you saw him. He's drinking drinking Demon blood. It's so much worse than we thought. Dean was trying to stop him."
"I had to, Anna," I told her. "They are watching everything. And everyone. And especially me, after what I did to Uriel. Which is why you shouldn't have come."
Anna realized that I was trying to warn her away a moment too late.
Two Angels appeared on either side of Anna, taking either of her arms, making all three of them disappear in white light.
I watched the light fade, turning to look over the water once more.
I didn't like what I had to do.
I didn't.
But what other choice did I have until things were different?
Unless the only thing that could make things different was me.
