Sonali's P.O.V.
Ajay's sister gave me her clothes to wear. I was surprised that it fit considering that she looks small. I threw up twice last night and not once did Ajay wake up. I have a really massive headache and don't want to ask for any meds because what if Ajay's sister is ruder than him. His parents smile when they see me walk down the stairs,"Hey beti. Would you like something to eat?" I give them a slight grin,"No thanks, auntie." I sit beside her and she watches me very closely. I look down to show shyness. She lift my chin to make me face her,"Very beautiful. Do you not consider getting married?" I blush,"No auntie, not right away. I'm actually focusing on my career right now. Maybe after when I get a good earning then I'll probably get married." "Really? That's very nice. Um... We've invited you and your parents to come join us for a special dinner tonight." "Ok thank you. I'll be sure to come."

I wanted to be simple but mom made me wear a red and gold salwar. No way mom. Too fancy. When Ajay sees me, he immediately gets to his feet as of I'm some Indian Rani. He wore a suit and tie. How predictable. When we eat he stares at me. When we talked he would stare at me. Mrs, Khurrana spoke,"I know we just got back but Sonali's parents, your father, and I have decided to... Um." They all say in unison,"We've decided to get you two married!" I stood up,"I have to get married to him?" "Why what's wrong with me? Am I not good looking? Am I too good enough for you?" "Excuse me? Says the one who was staring at me with lust. I could still see it in your eyes." Our parents back away as if they actually wanted this to happen. Soon we were all alone. Even Arushi, Ajay's sister, wasn't here. He walks towards me and slowly walk backwards,"What are you doing?" Before I could hit the wall, he embraces me and holds me tightly,"Their watching is I don't want it to seem like we still have an argument going." The fact that he his is hugging me makes me want to forget I was ever here and go home. But there is something about this embrace. It was warm and affectionate. It didn't seem like rude Ajay. It seemed like the Ajay I should know. We pull apart, just leaving a few inches between us. He takes a strand of hair out of my face and keeps his hand on my faces and puts his other arm around my waist to move me closer. Before his lips brush against mine and turns into a very passionate kiss, I push him away. He grabs my wrist,"Sorry, yaar. It was just an act. No hard feelings ok?" I abruptly twisted my hand free,"But the argument wasn't," and walk away to find my parents.
