Weird || Rui Kamishiro x Tsukasa Tenma

A Rush

(Quick CW just for this part! Mention of drugs.)

"So, do you wanna talk about anything on the way?"

"No, not really. I'm kinda tired, not the biggest fan of partying.

"Alright. I get it. Highschool parties can be... interesting."

The two walked in comfortable silence, Tsukasa continuously sneaking glances at Rui as they were walking until they arrived at the house.

The first person they say was Akito Shinonome, along with Toya Aoyagi.

"Hey Toya." Tsukasa spoke.

Akito grew a weary expression as Toya said hello back.

"Ah, Shinonome, how are you doing?"

"Fine, thanks."

"Of course. Ugh... sometimes I can't handle the smell of that shit. It's so inconsiderate and rude, I hate that guy who's always doing it at parties. No one else here is doing drugs!"

"That's understandable. It is annoying to deal with." Toya responded.

"This is a really large house. Whoever hosted this must have loaded parents." Akito said.

"Yeah. It's got nice furniture too. They're doing party games too, you guys up for it?"

"I have nothing better to do, so sure." Tsukasa answered with Rui nodding in response.

"How about kareoke?"

The 4 of them went over to the group of kids doing kareoke and watched as people sang. Akito asked to be put on the list with Tsukasa, Toya, and Rui. They waited to go together and Akito asked, "What do you guys wanna sing?"

"How about RAD DOGS?" Toya replied.

"Can you guys read over the lyrics and try to remember them before it's our turn?"

"I can do that. Which part would the two of us sing?"

"I guess Kamishiro can sing Kohane's part and you can sing An's and Miku's."

Both of them agreed and pulled out their phones, listening to the song and viewing the lyrics.

After a while of waiting, it was their turn to go up. Akito asked the person picking the instrumentals to use RAD DOGS as their instrumental, they all grabbed the microphones, and sang.

Between laughing and mishaps, they actually enjoyed it. When they were finished, Tsukasa could feel his hands shaking.

"Not so bad now Kamishiro, Tenma." Akito said.

"What a rush! Thanks, Shinonome." Tsukasa responded.

"Tenma! I didn't know you could sing so strongly. Guess that song really fired you up?" A brunette girl with dark green tips on her hair, who seemed extremely animated, spoke.

"Haha, you could say that. Though, I don't think I could sing it better than Shiraishi or Miku."

"You're so modest! Wanna grab some punch with me?"

"Sure, I don't mind. You go by Aki, right?"

"Mhm! Oh, can I call you by your first name since you're calling me by mine, or at least, my nickname."

"Of course! I don't mind that."

Tsukasa and Aki went off over to the punch table and Rui sighed.

"What's got you weary?" Toya asked after parting away from Akito for a moment.
