Zachary and Daniel (Or others) One-Shots/Prompts

❄☃️Christmas☃️❄

Christmas Day has arrived. And both of the boys were busy- Daniel was out shopping, most likely looking for a gift for Zach. He would've the day before but he sadly had to work.

Zach said he would stay at home... He had something else planned for Daniel-
He managed to ask Daniel what his favorite animal was, turns out it was a wolf-
Perfect-

He paced around the living room trying to figure out how he'd set this up-
As he was thinking, he got a call.

"Hello?"
"Is this Zachary Mildred?"
"Yes this is Zach-"
"Hey, 2 trucks are on their way with both boxes-"

"Ah!! Alright thank you!"
"You do know we charged you extra as this is a very stupid idea to order something huge like this for a...." The man pauses to read something.... "Yard Decoration?"

Zach laughed a little about his excuse he used, but then sighed for the extra pay for this...
It was worth it though as it was for Daniel-

"Yes i know... I'll pay whatever I have to-"

"Alright then.... They'll be here soon-"
The man hung up on the other end.

Zach jumped up and down in excitement but then calmed. "You still need to think, how are you gonna do this?..."

He had some things already sitting in the corner-
There was a big Wolf Plushie sitting against the wall, a set of Christmas lights wrapped up together, and a few other presents sitting around the Wolf Plushie.

Time went by and the trucks pulled up outside-
Zach went outside as they were sliding the boxes onto the ground, they were pretty big-

One of the men walked up to Zach.
"Here's your....." The delivery man read his clipboard
"Giant Pair of Wolf Ears and.... Tail?"

"F-For a yard decoration-" Zach said nervously.
The man looked around and saw nothing these would go on or be used for, but he just shrugged. "Whatever... Do you have a place for them to go?"

"Uh... No just leave them here please-"
Zach said kindly.

The man nodded, signaled the other trucker, and they both left within a few minutes.

Zach looked at the boxes. "I'll just... Leave these here for a moment..."
He went inside and started carrying all the presents out too the center of the forest behind his house. How come this spot's the best for everything? He showed Daniel his gift here, he reads out here with Daniel alot.... It's a very nice spot.

Once he set everything out there he went back inside and grabbed the lights-
He also grabbed the big wolf plushy and carried it in his other arm.

He took both things out to the forest center. He set the plush on top of the other presents to keep it off the ground, then he grew a little and started lining the trees with the Christmas Lights.

By the time he was done with everything the sun was going down-

Daniel had left about a few hours ago... He should be here soon...

Zach shrunk back down and went back to the house, he grabbed his phone and looked at his Notifications, sure enough Daniel left a message.

"Hey, im on my way back- I got something for Ink as well :) See you soon!"

Zach went to his message app and texted Daniel.

"Hey when you get home come to the forest center- I've got a surprise for you!"

Zach then quickly carried any extra things out to the center, he then remembered the boxes. He set his phone on a rock and walked to his house. He looked around and made sure no one was near. Quickly he grew just enough to be able to grab the big boxes and take them back to the center.
"I'm sure Daniel will love this-"
He said to himself.

Daniel's POV:
He arrived home as the sun finished setting. He didn't think he'd take very long to shop for gifts but he found some pretty nice things. He grabbed everything and brought them inside.

"Zach I'm home!" Daniel looked around for Zach, he was nowhere to be found. "Huh..."

Ink came downstairs and looked at Daniel. "As far as i know he went outside-"

"Mm..... OH That reminds me, I got you something Ink-"

"And what is that-" Ink said sternly to Daniel.

He pulled out a little fish cat toy/plush with a bell at its tail, he threw it to Ink.

"Hooow dare you? Giving me a normal feline plaything thinking that I'll go crazy over it just like any other-"
Ink paused and his eyes widened.
"Something... Smells... Nice... Inside-"
He began rubbing over the toy, figures out the toy had Catnip inside of it.
(Idk how catnip works 😅)

Daniel then looked at his phone, there was a message from Zach from a bit ago as he was on his way.
"Oh-,
"Come go the forest center-" Huh... Alrighty-"

He grabbed Zach's gifts and went out the backdoor, heading to the center where Zach awaited.

When he got there he saw a kind of giant Zach in the middle. He was wearing a pair of Wolf Ears, Tail, and he was holding a big wolf plush that was about the same size as Daniel.
Christmas lights were strung in the trees and glowed brightly in the dark, presents surrounded Zach's legs.

"Surprise!! Merry Christmas Daniel :)"
"Aaaw Zach!!" The small Daniel rushed to hug his big lover on the knee. "That's why you asked what my favorite animal was this morning! I mean i kinda expected a plushie but not you wearing these" he said laughing.
"How'd you manage to get such big accessories anyways?"
"Weeeellll somehow I convinced the people i got them from that they were for a yard decoration" Zach said rubbing the back of his head. Honestly took me a minute to grow to the right size so they'd fit- I should've gave them better measurements..."

Daniel climbed into Zachs hands, he was raised to his face. "Thank you-"
Daniel kissed Zach on the lips and hugged his face as best as he could.
"Merry Christmas Zach-"
"Heh.... Merry Christmas Daniel-"

....

"Man my gifts to you seem low compared to this-" Daniel said.

"Why's that?"

"They're mostly just books-"

"Books are fine..."
