Once we arrived home I threw my stuff into my room and walked back downstairs since it was only us three at the house. We decided to watch Netflix since we had nothing better to do. Halfway through the movie, Sam got off the couch. "Guys I have a date with this girl in an hour at the movies and I don't know what I'm supposed to wear," he said looking down at his clothes. Blue shorts with flamingos on them and a sleeveless t-shirt. "Nova can help you, she's a girl," Colby said looking at me. I rolled my eyes since this is god knows how many dates with this mysterious girl. I got off the couch and walked up to Sam's room with the two following me like lost puppies.

I went over to Sam's closet "gosh you need to tidy this up, "I said as I looked down at the mess on the floor. I kneeled to find some blue ripped jeans with a black shirt and a hoodie. Once I got those I threw them at Sam. "You're welcome," I said in an annoyed tone and left his room. Colby stared at me while I did so. I walked back to my room to look for my school bag.

Better to be ready for school a week before than be late for it on the first day. Thank god Sam and Colby start 3 days before I do. It's only because of the newbies. After what felt forever I found my bag on the top shelf of my closet. I was too small for it so I started to jump up and try to reach it. You may be wondering why I can't reach it if I was able to put it up there. If I have to be honest I threw it up there

"Need any help," I heard someone ask from behind as I screeched because I got scared. Turning around I saw Colby "uh yeah," I replied messing with my nails as I wasn't alone with him in the same room ever. He went to grab my bag and turned back to me. "What do I get for helping you?" He asked with a smirk. That God dang smirk. "Hmm close your eyes and wait," he did as I said then I grabbed my bag and try to run away but he opened his eyes and ran after me. Since he was faster than me he picked me up and threw me over his shoulder.

"Colby, put me down," I said as I was hitting his back, but the view I saw, damnnnn. So good. "Nope, you didn't give me a proper prize, so I won't, plus I like this view," he responded and I knew there was a smirk on his face. He brought me back to my room and put me on my bed. "Why are you in my room in the first place, may I ask?" He usually never came here because he was always over for Sam. "Sam left to pick up the girl and he said I could stay in his room if I wanted to, but I'd get pretty bored by myself in there so I decided to come and hang out with you." He said ashe sat down beside me. I was blushing and it was probably very noticeable. Colby Brock?? Wanting to hang out?? With ME?! That let me tell you is the best thing to hear.

"Well, aren't you so lucky that I have to put the things we bought today into my bag, so even though you came here, you're still gonna be bored?" I responded trying to ignore the fact that he was an inch away from me while staring directly at me. He took the bag from my hands and put it beside the bed. He then hugged me from the side and laid down on the bed bringing me with him. "Now you can't do that," he smirked at me.

I looked up at him and smiled. "Maybe I can do that another day," I said while he stared into my eyes. I slowly got up from his arms and sat up again. "What do you want to do?" I asked him staring at the wall in front of me. He mumbled something thinking I didn't hear it. "pardon?" I turned to him. "Um.. uh... Netflix and chill?" He said turning all red. That's what happens when you mumble 'you' quietly but loud enough for the other to hear you. I agreed so we went back downstairs and I told him to choose a movie while I got snacks from the kitchen.
