I dreamed I went back to school
to work on all the homework
I got away with leaving unfinished.
I'm in the middle of making a list
of all the equations I have to solve
before our next class —
and then I wake up.
Why was it always math class?
Perhaps it's because
I rarely have solutions and
problems still make me nervous.
